We walked inside and there was a long line for the bar. It was well lit and people were sitting at tables enjoying their drinks. The drink list was projected onto a wall. The bartender was friendly and joked with us as she was taking our order. We made it just in time for happy hour which is a great deal and I highly recommend it. Our beer was good. I had "I'm over Dry January" which was strong, dark and delicious. My husband had "somebody had to say it" which was a fruited blond ale which he said was good. We sat in the tented area on the patio. There were quite a few people - families, groups of young and older people, couples of all ages and lots of well behaved dogs. It was definitely a place we'd go back to.

Sunday afternoon we decided to step in for a beer and see what all the buzz is about at this quaint (small) corner brew-ship. Though busy as expected it was quite a wait in line for two beers. Only two folks running the tap ship while folks were in line. It wasn't horrible but another person at the taps seemed needed. I got the Kolsch which I am very fond of and it was delish. No complaints. Enjoyed it. Crispy cold and served in a nice glass. My friend got the stout and it was very good also. We hung out - standing outside but it was a beautiful day and we felt welcomed and comfortable though it's a small space. The solo stoves are a big plus - I own one and they are pretty addictive. Lot of nice doggies and kiddos. Enjoyed.

Love the atmosphere - it's very cute and not too big. They had a great selection of beer, nice staff, and a nice outdoor area to sit when the weather is good.

My husband I have been coming here for a couple years now and we LOVE it. As frequent brewery visitors, out of all that we have been to around the Twin Cities WSB is by far our favorite. The hospitality and atmosphere this place brings is unmatched. (Of course, we also LOVE their beer!) We always get a friendly smile and a delicious pint. Highly highly recommend.

I walked up to the bar and started talking to the bartender, and it was amazing friendly he was the service was it was it amazingly pleasant. Interested or not he has also worked in My Home city of Montreal.
I was excited to go here in response to a call to action from a local influencer. She invited local content creators to come together in support of this business and get together to share ideas. I attended to support Wooden Ship and network. I brought some product to give away and was received with great energy and interest. Even gave to the 2 staff working who had good things to say about it. This all seemed to be inline with the business' values of "lifting each other up" and "create community".For some reason that shifted when one staff (Sam?) stated to me "I don't mind you being here. But stop harassing customers. They are just here to drink beer." That's when I stated I was with a group of people who were invited here and I only was talking with them. The staff immediately exited and went outside without listening to my response. It was definitely shocking and odd that he called me out and policed my behavior. Especially since me and my work partner were the only brown people in the entire establishment. Not sure what he meant by "I don't mind you being here" but I think I know... He did not talk to any other patrons who were talking about their businesses and interests. Definitely will not be back or recommend to others.

Very cute! service was superb and there is an outside tent for more space. Can't wait for warm weather to use the patio. Great location!

I have been here a handful of times and every time I have had great service! Today I went in to enjoy a beer and read a book with my pup. The staff was very friendly and the music and vibe inside was amazing! I can't wait to come back to try out other beers in their great selection
