This is the worst place I have ever been, the ice cream machines have never been cleaned, the floors are full of dirt and are sticky, the bathroom is even worse than the store. The employees are sitting chatting and do not care about complaints. Do not ever go to this place, you can get sick just getting inside this store. The city should be checking this place before giving a license.

The best frozen yogurt you can get in Minneapolis. Fruits are very fresh and juicy and toppings are from somewhere else ?.Since it is the 10 Thousands Lakes state. Grab your cup, have a walk to find a spot and watch the sunset while having this. Who needs Marijuana?! ?

The toppings selection is super plentiful with fresh fruit, candies, sauces, and other things but the frozen yogurt selection could be larger with more fruit flavors or other unique options

good frozen yogurt but there was a lot of cross contamination in the toppings my sister almost accidentally ate a topping that had peanuts in it because of the crossed contamination (she is allergic to peanuts). overall the frozen yogurt was pretty good and i would come again but i don’t think my sister will.

I’ve been to other yogurt labs before and they were all great. This location was absolutely FILTHY and was being run by a couple of teenagers who had invited at least 4 of their friends to hang out while they were on the job. They had McDonalds bags and wrappers all over by the cash register. Will definitely not be coming back!

Staff was friendly but all three staff members hung out on their phones in the front blasting music. Store and bathroom looked disgusting. Most of the tables were sticky and had crumbs. Yogurt was decent but all the toppings were contaminated with other toppings. Cups were not stocked as multiple groups were coming in but were refilled when asked.

Yogurt lab always gave a clean sterile feel and I did not get that impression now.The bathroom was really gross and soap dispenser was broken.They had limited flavors for the yogurt and limited toppings. The toppings too were a mess despite seeing 2 employees who were both at the cashier taking selfie’s.
In town visiting. Young lady at the front was not welcoming and had a cold vibe.

Yes it’s Covid but the person working like put the toppings on for me and literally put like 2 pretzels and filled my cup to the very top and put like 7 cookie dough pieces he also rushed us and was just over all unpleasant and salty also topping area was grody

Yogurt is delicious and service is great!!!But the place smells sooooo bad. Please fix it because we love Yoghurt Lab, and it seams like it is the only one in this area.We got sick last week after we went here and we don’t want to find out that it is related with the cause of the bad odor.
