Amazing food! Everything was fresh and delicious. A little wait, but worth it!
If you want delicious food and like supporting a family-owned business you will love Young Man food truck. The first time I had their food was at a local brewery in Minneapolis, and it was absolutely delicious. I had them cater for my son's graduation. I am so happy I did! They we're so easy to work with. They provided everything on time and the setup was perfect. Everyone kept talking about how delicious the food was. I will definitely continue to be a customer in the future. I can't wait to try the Hibachi option for my next party!!!
Tofu noodles and harumaki absolutely slapped š š

I wish I could give one million stars for Young Man MSP. Truly one of the best hibachi experiences I have ever been a part of. We booked Young Man for my sisterās bachelorette party, and him and his wife were the best dynamic duo. The customer service was 11/10, food was 11/10, and the entertainment was 11/10. It was interactive as well for the guests. The girls I hosted said it was the highlight of their weekend and cannot stop raving about it. I want to host more parties just so I can have this experience again. I highly recommend booking them for your next event! Thank you Young Man for such an amazing dining experience!!!!
We had an incredible experience with Young Man MSP for my bachelorette party! The food was absolutely delicious and served in generous portions. The service was above and beyond. It was the highlight of my bachelorette trip, and I canāt wait to come back to Minnesota just to visit Young Man again!
The Hawaiian Noodz are my absolute favorite
Young Man helped us celebrate my husbandās birthday with a hibachi dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. The communication leading up to the event was top notch, setup was seamless, and the dinner itself was FUN. Highly recommend!!
Got to experience this food truck at the Arbeiter Brewery! My friend and I had the chicken fried rice, when I tell you it was amazing, it was!! For the price you got a lot of food, a large size fried chicken and about 2 cups of rice! The sauce they drizzled on the chicken was *chef kiss.* We will definitely be back!! 10/10!!
From the food truck, the salmon curry is excellent. Great service too
We tried Young Man today at the Japanese festival in Como Zoo. The line was long but oh my, so worth it. Sweet Moo was delicious, Hawaiian Shrimpy too. Takoyaki maybe needed couple more minutes of frying, but I got it, they were really busy that afternoon.
Restaurantji Recommends
The food here is incredible and the portions were so big I got three tasty meals out of an entree. The Motherland is the best tempeh has ever tasted. Will be back for sure.
My favorite place to grab some food in Minneapolis. The food is delicious, and the couple that owns it are so nice !
Vegetarian options: Wide variety of great tasting and satisfying vegetarian options that were designed to be vegetarian instead of just removing the meat
Wonderful food!
Delicious! On our first visit, we were originally intending to get dinner at another nearby restaurantāwe had never heard of Young Man until we walked past and looked it up online. I was so intrigued by the restaurantās story that we HAD to eat there. We got the takoyaki, salmon, and nasi gorengāall delightful dishes in perfect quantities that left us in a good mood. We ate in, and the place is definitely a hole-in-the-wall, no-frills, authentic-small-business dining experience. On our subsequent visit we tried the moo (beef) and re-ordered the takoyaki and salmon. This time we ordered to-go, put the food in an insulated bag, got drinks elsewhere, and walked a half-hour homeāand the food was still so good! Truly a great spot for any casual meal occasion.
Great food, unique take and something you don't get much in the Twin Cities.
