Solid 4/5
This restaurant offers a pleasant breakfast experience, though it didn’t particularly stand out in terms of food quality. The building itself is clean and well-designed, which sets a welcoming tone upon arrival.
I ordered a cappuccino, which was somewhat underwhelming—not bad, but nothing memorable. My breakfast plate was decent overall. While I appreciated the self-serve condiment rack, which offered ketchup and other spices, the patties were slightly dry for my taste, and the roasted potatoes were a bit too oily.
What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere. With its large windows and high, spacious ceilings, the space feels open and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The ambiance elevates the experience significantly and compensates for the food being just “okay.”
Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for a comfortable and inviting setting to enjoy your morning, even if the food doesn’t wow you.

Been going here for about 15 years and it has been on a downward trajectory. I no longer have client meetings here, pick up treats for the office, etc.
Once again… another stale cupcake. I would say 1 out of 3 times the cupcakes are downright inedible or not worth the calories. I want to like Yum! But they really need some serious QC. With this cupcake, I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt initially. Maybe it was too cold making it taste dry and chalky. I let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes to come to room temperature. Nope still dry stale. Not even worth eating… right into the garbage.
Service is cold and careless these days. And to dare ask for a tip when the service is to put a cupcake in a container. I still tip anyway but it’s ridiculous.
Parking: The lot is ok but tight and not easy to get out.
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly. Mostly an adult place.

Whether you're a local or from out of town Yum is just that. The traditional menu gives you plenty of options and everything tastes great. This is a delicious meal that is satisfying with a generous portion but will not leave you feeling bloated or sick. I had the salmon and green beans which the salmon wasn't fishy and was flavorful but it's the green beans that shined brightest. If you like green beans these are a must try.

Today ( 12/23/24) I had the good fortune to get Brandon when I called in to the YUM store in SLP. I had a cake order in for pickup but I had a change it at the last minute. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. He got my original order credited- and reordered exactly what I wanted and he even thanked me. What a great experience this was! He reflects well on this store. Thank you. SWG
The food was delicious, I got the sechewan salmon and it was one of the most delicious things I've had in a long time

They added parking which is nice. The food is always great and the staff are extremely helpful. This location has a large back room that I have brought my infant to a couple times. Less food smell, and we’re out of the way but close to the bathrooms. Lots of tables!
Kid-friendliness: There are always a lot of people here but usually that includes many kids.

Delicious but I’d like to see some more gluten free options

I came from a recommendation to check it out whilst running errands. I waited in a line of one with 3 people behind the counter and no one taking orders. When they finally took my order I went to the restroom came back, they still hadn't made my latte and everyone looked like they were new or very confused with what to do. 15 minutes later I get my beverage and leave only to realize they gave me tea. The person called my name and even said what I ordered correctly but handed me a tea. This is very frustrating especially when I'm wanting and needing my morning coffee. The place looks like a place I'd like but the service was garbage

We were served by Jason who I think was in training but HE DID A GREAT JOB! He was so polite, and handled a difficult situation with another customer EXPERTLY. We have no doubt he’s going to be successful in his role at Yum and beyond. Legitimately left an impression on us and we hope he knows how much he’s appreciated.

First time here. Great menu selection and the food was very good. A little pricey considering you have to get in line to order, but the quality of the food made up for that.

Tried this place twice ordered the same items and still not made the way it's advertised in menu (ingredients). Thought maybe it was a accident, first time they forgot to put sausage in the burrito and the second time they put a tiny piece of sausage and no avocado.
Just disappointed not the cheapest place to eat
