This place hands down gave us the best large group experience. They were very accommodating & made sure our entire group was taken care of. Would 100% recommend Zelo to anyone looking for a great experience with great food.

more of a classy ambiance - great for business meetings, team dinners, dinner with parents (which is what we did!) it's a solid spot, just misses with the "IT" factor. servers are very kind and had great recs we enjoyed. fav dishes: crab cakes, linguine, Rossa pasta & tres leches gelato skip on: risotto, tiramisu (very rummy, unless ur into that) , caramel custard (too sweet)

The cheese and spinach ravioli is always terrific--other than the strange green twig on top that is not edible. The scallop and prosciutto appetizer is excellent, and our server and support staff were all perfect. Would have liked a champagne by the glass, but not an option at this location.Parking: Valet is easiest as no lot.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Received excellent service from Jaime & Rubi! Highlights included the Caesar Salad, Tortiglioni Rossa, and Limonetta Bella.

Delicious pizza, pasta, and burgers sold at an incredible markup. Come here to spend the company's dime, not your own.

Busy restaurant with a good downtown buzz. The starters of caramelised Brussels sprouts and avocado bruschetta were delicious. I had the linguine with confit duck which was tasty but too salty for my taste. (I had the smaller portion which was just right. The larger version is probably good for sharing.) my friend had the vegetarian lasagna which he enjoyed too. Finished off with a very nice blueberry sorbet. One glass of wine plus one non alcoholic cocktail. USD140 before tips.

We had an excellent meal at Zelo. We hurried through it because we found the noise level of some tables to be extremely loud and annoying. Too bad there aren't private rooms where this type of group could be placed. It really detracted from our evening and caused us to leave much sooner than we had expected.

to start off i’d like to recognize Benjamin as one of the absolute best servers i have ever had. my boyfriend booked us a reservation for Valentine’s day and our server immediately came over and introduced himself / called me out by my name which surprised me. Very very high attention to detail with this staff and the quality of the food was astounding. other worldly really. I have never tasted such amazing Italian cuisine. we started off with the brussel sprouts, had the chefs specials of Walleye and Sea Bass, and finished with the Limonatta Bella dessert. 12/10 experience and we will definitely be coming back. Complimentary valet parking, and a coat check as well. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an upscale dining experience. Again shoutout to Benjamin for making our night amazing.

My waiter David was fantastic the best service I've ever had was attentive. Gave wonderful recommendations and accommodations to suit my needs.First off the calamari was fresh, pupl right out of the Pacific if you asked me..soft with a little chew and crunch. The sauce was perfect. The seafood pasta, handmade from scratch. Not My taste but baby boy f'd it up. Scallop could've been seared. The Pumpkin cake was a fail, cold and charred on the bottom with cold ice cream. Was like eating a semi moist brick. I made my feeling known and David ...Wonderful Davis was swift at coming back with a second option waived.Lemon meringue deconstructed construction pie..very creamy and light with a little crunch from the nuts. Heavenly. It was a nice semi- demi light realm with warmth in the air a lovely place for a late night randevu.

This is our first time back here since it reopened. We haven't dined here since before COVID. The restaurant has done some painting to lighten and modernize the dining area. Very nice. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, even though only 4 of our party of six was there at checkin. So appreciate them accommodating us. Service was excellent. We had drinks quickly and never felt rushed in ordering. We had the calamari, crab cakes, and Parmesan shrimp and they all were hits with our table. Lots of dipping sauces. Excellent choices. We also split some Caesar salads. I am grateful they Let us do that because the portions were perfect to accompany our apps, entree, and desserts. I chose the butternut squash ravioli and I loved it. Little bit of nuts and a lovely sauce complimented the texture of the homemade noodles. I got the larger plate but wished I would have ordered the smaller. It was more than enough food. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, so we finished the meal with three desserts, two we ordered and one complimentary with a candle. It was a wonderful place for a special dinner. Food, ambiance, and service was excellent. Make sure to use the complimentary valet parking to avoid event parking fees in the nearby ramps.

Still our favorite place to eat when downtown Minneapolis. We love the proximity to the Dakota and Orchestra Hall as well as many beautiful hotels. However, the atmosphere was a bit unsettling from the choice of music playing as it did not fit the classy, warm aesthetic. Also, the wine list was incredibly overpriced for the caliber of the majority of the wines. Still, the food was delicious and the after dinner latte was a work of art ❤️

All the things I had were delicious. Started with their bread, ciao baby salad, shared the caramelized Brussel sprouts and had the chicken and mushroom risotto. The serving size of the risotto was big, so had some leftovers. The menu had many options. This was my first time there. Hope to return to try other things.

The brick chicken was back to being spectacular. Just after the reopening, I had this same dish and it was a little over cooked. On this most recent visit, it was perfection: luscious and juicy from the first bite to the last . Zelo is now offering a half size to their salads and that way you will still have room for their pastas and entrees. One of the highlights to downtown dining.
