There is something wrong with the butter or the oil they use on Pretzels When I opened the bag it smelled like chemicals Or the oil is Rancid My wife returned it This may poison someone 3 years ago everything was fine with the food

Had amazing pretzel dog this morning at the Ridgedale location. As always it was fresh and tasty. Mark the manager was professional and efficient. Can't believe I have been coming to this Aunties for like 25 years. Liz the long time employee remembers me coming in with my daughter still in a stroller -she's 25 now. Kudos to Liz-longtime employee -don't often find a person who is that dedicated and long serving at the same job.

Pretzels are my kids' favorite snacks. Auntie Anne's has perfected the art of making pretzels. My favorite is the almond pretzel.

Have gotten undercooked pretzels before and staff have sometimes been disrespectful. But overall I am in love with auntie Anne’s and I will continue to go to get fresh delicious pretzels.

I love this place. The staff are delightful, the service is top notch. I am so glad to be a regular customer here. The manager has a wonderful personality and the staff are so courteous. Ridgedale is lucky to have this gem.
It’s tricky how they take order. They asked me which add on I wanted like it comes with no charge. And when I found out it is additional charge they made it sound it’s too late. I’m never going back to this one again.

I usually love coming to get some pretzel bites, and they're always really good! But someone hire new employees, these people have no damn clue how to work together. The cashier must've completely blanked the whole time while talking to me because first I order a drink and then she proceeds to ask me if I want something to drink?! But I let THAT slide. then she asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes, so I wait 7 minutes and the line gets really long. I'm finally handed my pretzels and I don't get any cheese, a different heavy-set woman hands me my pretzels so I think maybe she didn't know I ordered cheese. I was terribly mistaken, kindly asked for some cheese and she gives me a nasty glare and says "excuse me, it costs a dollar" and then I said I had said yes when she asked for cheese, but she says. "you didn't order any!!?" so I tell her, yes I did. and she rips the receipt open and shoves it in my face. Then I tell her I'd like to get some and she sends me to the back of this long a** line, I wait in line and get to the front and the cashier goes "you only want cheese?!?!" I was like well no f****** s*** I asked for cheese and you didn't put it on my order. So your mistake now took 25 minutes out of my day?? B******** all over a $1 cup of cheese. I would've thrown four f****** quarters at them if I didn't get so heated by the way I was treated that I stepped away. Customer service is terrible, employees eat s*** cheerios for breakfast.

Everytime my fiance and I stopped here to visit his mom at the mall, my fiance would love to get 1 of the non-salted pretzel. 2 days ago, we stop here to grab a quick bite. We both got pretzels, caramel sauce and cheese. I had dipped my piece of pretzel into the cheese. And, I quickly told my fiance the cheese was just pure salt and he agreed. We walked around the mall, stopped at 2 stores and I noticed i was about to faint. My fiance and I, we were both dehydrated from what was in the cheese and sat down for a while. (We drank a lot of water) I told my fiance, we need to leave now. Luckily, we made it safe to our car and back home.

Me and my wife were walking through Ridgedale Mall and looking for a snack. We have never stopped here before and when we walked by we thought it looked good. There was a short line so we were happy to wait. Once it was our turn we wanted to get some bagle dog bites because there was a deal on them. Upon arriving to the cashier and asking for what we wanted they could not understand us. They spoke very little English and it was just a hard language barrier to break. Once we got our order in we waited for our food but what we got were the already heated, sitting in the window bagle dogs. We didn't know how long they were there or if they would be any good. We took them and ate about half of them. One because they were hard to eat, and two cause they didnt taste very great. Overall our food there wasn't great and the service was worse. We probably won't be coming back here.
