Medium grilled burger came dry and well done. Your menu has gotten outrageously expensive and we've been coming since you first opened. It's also so noisy it's hard to have a conversation. Our waiter Imran was awesome and that made our lunch much more pleasant.
Salad with blue cheese was very slight on the blue cheese. Mostly lettuce for $19.95. Still noisy and overpriced but for some reason I keep going back...
The whole experience was great! Food was fresh and delicious. Our server, Ashley, was outstanding. Super friendly and helpful. 10/10!
First time dining here. Some of our food was great. Some was Not. Chicken parm was overcooked and not tender. Sea bass was just warm and Not hot. Risotto was great. So mixed reviews on consistency. Server was not attentive and maybe serving too many tables for their experience.
Sarah was our server and was excellent; Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere was buzzing, yet quiet enough to talk. We like being in a restaurant that is energetic. The food was excellent, as always. I enjoyed the corn ravioli, per Sarah's suggestion and my guest had the lasagna. We finished the meal with the Pumpkin Cheesecake. I am never disappointed at any of your restaurants. Well done and thank you for a wonderful evening!
My college roommate drove over an hour to meet me at Bacio for lunch. We haven't seen each other for 2 years and- we - had - a - very - loooooong lunch. Our server, Nick was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient with us and also very attentive. We shared the parmesan shrimp appetizer and then we each had a salad. (Heirloom Grain & Brasiliana) All 3 perfectly delicious. And we may have had 2 glasses of wine... each. Bacio has been one of my favorite restaurants for over 20 years and it never disappoints.
Paul, as usual, provided excellent service and attention to our table. The evening was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. God bless, Tom Aslesen
Our waiter was running so fast it was hard to flag him down. The service was just okay and he could have been much more personable. We all found him to be short and abrupt. Took a long time to take our order but then the food came quickly after that. Food is good but much more expensive than it used to be. Noise level made it very difficult to talk and hear each other.
Our waitress Lily was attentive, engaging, and welcoming. Our food was spectacular as always, we come back every fall for the sweet corn ravioli.
Great service (host and wait staff), pleasant environment, excellent food. Great Happy Hour menu and prices. The truffle fries and turtle cheesecake were especially amazing!

Excellent service by our server, Scotty. Attentive and friendly, we felt very well taken care of at dinner.
We had dinner and an excellent evening. The food was excellent, and the service was also.
Bacio is one of our local favorites. However, we have never been there during happy hour pricing. Outdoor seating was available for our early evening meal. The service was very good as the staff was dealing with a large contingent of guests for local prom festivities. We were able to enjoy a wide variety of dishes in a "small plate" fashion at a reasonable price. The wine selection was also good.
Overall, the food quality for pricing wasn't very good. We were highly disappointed. The workers get the job done although they aren't very warming or welcoming. We've been here three times and only had good quality once out of the three experiences. Sadly, we do not think we'll be back.
Bacio is one of our favorite restaurants--the food is always a notch above others, and so very wonderful. Our server Courtney was terrific, and was on top of everything we could possibly want for our dinner. We were seated promptly, served quickly, and enjoyed every bite!
