Love this place! We always have delicious and fresh food (I get chicken Penang curry and my hubby gets Sesame chicken), amazing service, and a great value for the money. Highly recommend!
We eat here two, three sometimes four time a month. We love it! My only complaint is that I wish you would keep the bathroom clean! It is always a mess! And I mean always!
My friend and I had a good time. Our server Alex was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Our dinner was great too.
Great server, very friendly and helpful. Good was really good. We were a party of 4, everyone got something different and we all liked our food. We'd all get what we had again, though we weren't sure what the globby stuff was on top of the teriyaki salmon...slid that off and the flavor was delicious!

Big Bowl does a very nice meal. I enjoy the stir fry bar for picking the vegetables I like. Atmosphere is pleasant and not too loud. Our group of 6 was handled with ease.
Everything was wonderful (as usual). Our server, Ava was magnificent-a slice of sunshine on a rainy day.

The lunch specials are wonderful and even the salad is available gluten free. Our server was fantastic today too. Big Bowl/Ridgedale is a favorite place to go.
I'll message my concern directly to a manager, it was poor service and I'll leave it at that for this public post.
Our server Adam was very attentive and kind. I could see the other servers standing where the food comes out. They were in a big group chatting. When Adam was waiting for the food to come out he was standing near the station but keeping a watchful eye on his tables and moving around to see if anyone needed anything. Perfect!
We had a reservation for a group of 9. When we arrived, the tables were ready, and we were immediately seated. The restaurant was fairly busy, which was nice to see during a winter weather event day! Sara was our server, and she was excellent - answered all of our questions, and was very prompt to refill water & beverages. Food came out in a decent amount of time, was liked by everyone, and the portions were large. We were celebrating two birthdays in the group, and she comped us two desserts, which I wasn't expecting - thank you! A great experience at Big Bowl!
Great service as always. We like ordering our favorites - chicken chopped salad, curry chicken & most appetizers.
