Love this place. And would absolutely love to have some more tea options that are less sweet but the food is great. I almost always get the oriental chicken salad which is seasoned perfectly with tender chicken strips.

I wish you had lactose free milk (eg., Fairlife). It tastes more like cream for those us who don't care for oat, soy, coconut, which add a funky taste to coffee. Thanks.

Looks like an old caribou that does not accept cash. Any business that does not accept the legal tender of the country should not be supported. Spend your money elsewhere.

this place is open until 7pm, GREAT wait staff, INSANELY COMFORTABLE CLUB CHAIRS, fireplace, CLEAN BATH ROOMS, food amazing and simple, caffeinated drinks, - i have a mobility issue without asking the wait staff brought my drink to my seat, she served me with a smile OMG I felt like I was back in 1970's - an acoustic guitar and folk music is all that was missing - I would come here again just for the service and the food is good too. Black Water cafe is going above and beyond - congratulations to owner and STAFF. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you customer service is not dead.

Amazing coffee, my go to order is an iced latte with whole milk and its up there with the best lattes I’ve ever had. The sandwich options are also top notch as well as the service. Thanks guys

The $4.50 mochi donuts were stale and hard. We threw them away because they were inedible.
The mango black tea was ok. The mango boba inside had a strange, thick skin texture.
The BLT was exceptionally bland. The bread was soft and so was the bacon.
They don't accept cash.
