Stopped in here on a whim because it was close to our hotel and I’m devastated we don’t have this in my state! Fantastic drinks, combinations/flavors I’d never knew existed. Highly recommend.

A very gorgeous place to enjoy chai/ coffee and sandwiches. The Blackwater Sesame Chai is delicious and the sandwiches are prepared so well. I happened to be in the area and thought I try this place out. I have no regrets. This place is great. And the atmosphere is cozy too. It was quite packed on a Friday on a Friday morning I really enjoyed my breakfast at this place. Service was excellent.

This is a solid cafe and it is obvious the workers work really hard to get the drinks and food out timely.

Really Cute and Cozy Space, Nice employees and quick service, limited seating but they do their best for the size of the space. The Banana Bread was amazing and the Western Breakfast Bagel Sandwich was awesome, I wanted to order another right away. The Chai Latte I got was a bit bland, but overall great experience and I will be back!

Want a good start to your day? Come here. Coffee and food are good but the service is GREAT. Sara manages to take care of the giant group we bring in every Wednesday in less than 10 minutes with a smile on her face. She and her team are the reason blackwater continues to delight.

Not a great experience. Really really poor service and honestly borderline just kind of rude. The food itself was really bad. My bagel was large and dry, and the egg was overcooked, and the sausage was flavorless. Even the coffee is terrible, weak and flavorless I won’t go back here. Really really negative experience all around

Have been here twice, both times just for coffee (basic cortado and tried one of their specialty espresso drinks). Both times, took a really long time to get drinks (5 minutes wait when it wasnt very busy) and both times the coffee was just meh. The sandwich menu looks good tho!
