Our dinner at Blue Birch was exceptional. The food was great, the service was perfect, and the ambience was quiet & relaxing.
$12 for a shitty tap bear, a bitchy wait staff that doesn't cate about customer service. I have never seen a bar call for last call at 10:40 when there are still 50 people hanging out.
Very pleasant experience. Staff was always ready to help or get a drink. We plan to go there again. The money is the same as what I spend at the more traditional breakfast places. Staff was much nicer and I feel the food was better. Very much enjoyed the experience!
I made a breakfast reservation through OpenTable, but the experience was ruined by an incredibly rude elderly African-American woman at customer service. Her attitude was beyond disrespectful, and even calling her rude would be an understatement. Her dismissive demeanor and total lack of professionalism made us decide to leave and dine elsewhere. It was a terrible experience, and we won’t be returning.

My fiancée and I stayed at this hotel finding it to be the cleanest hotel we’ve ever staycationed at. However we decided against ordering local pizza which was our biggest regret. We were being babysit by the staff after our son grabbed a piece of trash ( a Pepsi can) out of their pond that had coy fish and ducks. We were greeted with “ thanks for that” and than after that manager came out to micromanage the situation like our son had committed a crime. He literally did something nice for the animals and than after that the food was so bland. 19 dollars for a club sandwich that was bland. 16 dollars for fish tacos appetizer that included 3 small tacos with no flavor. 10 dollar kids meal cheeseburger that tasted off and a Caesar salad that was to sweet and lettuce was far gone. We won’t be coming back to this hotel or restaurant as we were treated as not only “ poor people or unreasonable people” in a “ classy” joint but also the food was not worth the price.
This place needs to do better. The only nice staff we met was the technician to fix our broken tv and the gentlemen who fed the fish and let my son help him out. Beware this place is a front just for making money off weddings and never about their average guests. Never again.
First only got a Frosty; however as I sat for a bit, scrolling through the phone, I got hungry and went back for a combo meal.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: It looked spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

Booked Blue Birch for a business lunch that included six attendees. The team appreciated the good service and good food. In addition, the restaurant is located in a Marriott which allowed space for the lunch attendees to make phone calls and log on to their laptops. Boss rated this location A+.
I made an outdoor reservation for Mother's Day brunch. It wasn't until our party was ushered to a table in the back of a hotel ballroom that I was informed outdoor reservations are not allowed for brunch. I asked the hostess why I was able to make an outdoor reservation when it wasn't available and she told me it was OpenTable's fault. If I had known this, we would've gone to the Mother's Day brunch happening less than five miles from home instead of driving 25 miles to Minnetonka. The menu on their website is old because half the items listed weren't available. The buffet was not worth $50/person by any means. I would not go back and wouldn't not recommend

We were just here for the easter brunch. Only 2 waiters had to flag our waiter down after 30 minutes just to get some drinks and be acknowledged the main buffet’s food was cold several items missing that were advertized such as the waffles and french toast assorted cheese cake, there was one flavor of chocolate cheesecake and it was not great the only redeeming factor of the meal was the large cuts of ham and the fresh chocolate chip cookies when they came out for $40 i felt like i was scammed. Should be embarrassed dont host a holiday brunch if you dont have the staff or advertised menu. Ruined our holiday.

I have never had such a terrible dining experience and there was only one other family there! The waitress was so rude. When we asked about non alcoholic options she just said "No we can't do that." Our reservation was at 6pm, there was 5 of us, and we did not get our food until after 7pm. Again, only one other family in the entire place. One of our party ordered medium rare steak and received a well done steak and by then it was too late to ask for another one (and potentially another hour of waiting) and so we just shared our meals with her and they did not even comp the over $35 steak. The restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel and there will be people running around with their shoes off, just a heads up if that is not your thing. Felt like a worst version of Applebees with triple the price and worse food.
The food is good! Wild rice soup and pappardelle pasta were great, and Lisa the bartender is a gem. Thanks Lisa!

We had a drink around 10 one night and the drinks were spendy, but worth it. The server was knowledgeable about drinks and different accommodations to improve our drinks. The next morning we had the breakfast buffet. Good selection of different breakfast foods and everything was fresh and restocked on a timely basis.

Not exactly what I would call stellar service by any means. One waiter took our order, another came later and took over, not so much as a minimal explanation. Everything from drinks to apps toeals took a very long time to get. The restaurant was not even near capacity.

A great pit stop. The kids loved playing on the miniature train. The food was great. It's right off the highway!
