Visited for lunch on 2/12/26. The front-of-house was friendly and efficient. They had the food ready almost before I walked to the register. I got the lobster bisque and brisket sandwich; both delish. My wife got a salad. The environment was clean and don't sleep on the desserts - we got the chocolate cake and the cheesecake. We'll be back!
5 stars for Minnetonka Café Zupas ⭐️ Paige deserves a shoutout - she referred us and helped steer us toward some great picks. We tried a bunch of items (sandwiches, salads, and multiple desserts… no regrets), and the lobster bisque was the MVP. Everyone was super friendly, the service was crazy fast, and the place was surprisingly big, spotless, and perfect for sitting down and relaxing. We’ll be back soon!
Our favorite for made fresh sandwich, salads, soups and protein warm bowls. Ohhhh the Dubai chocolate covered cherries

Anna, who I believe is a Hospitality Manager, treated me so well and was incredible to work with. Some of the best customer service I have had, I order from this location constantly and they are quick, efficient, kind, and quick to solve a problem.
When I realized I placed my online order at a different location, Anna was quick to give me food at their location and provide a solution that benefitted me as the customer. I only have glowing things to say and love Zupas!

Pretty good upper-level food and ingredients, conviently located within the Ridgedale drive area. A good deal for soup + salad.
The place itself is solid and the atmosphere is calm, but I want to be honest about my last visit here. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate, and it wasn’t made the way it usually is at other Café Zupas locations. They only added strawberry and chocolate, and it felt incomplete compared to how it’s normally served when the staff really pays attention to the details.
Besides that, everything else was fine. The spot is clean, the food is good, and the overall experience is okay. I just hope they pay a little more attention to how menu items are prepared.
Love stopping at this location whenever I’m in the area. Friendly staff. Clean space. Delicious food. 10/10 would recommend!

We arrived at a very busy time, and it was our first time there. My mother is aging, and there was a slight bit of confusion at the register. The guy working the middle spot, between where you place your order and where you pick up and pay, smoothed it over masterfully. All's well that end well, and it ended well. Smooth operation, happy employees, and great food. Nice job!!

I literally just left here! I had a weird experience! I was greeted when I entered so that is good! When I asked the girl who took my order what the address was she couldn’t tell me and told me to look on the door! How rude! How could you not know the address of where you work at? I then asked a guy and he just totally ignored me. The lady at the register didn’t know either and she showed me the address on a receipt but she was really rude about it! I did not have a good experience here!
