Nope a hair in my salad. Last time I am ordering from this location. I've progressively had food issues with my orders. Other issues I've had before...the carrots in the curry soup were not cooked, I ordered extra chicken and didn't get it, but the chicken was diced so small. I don't like writing negative reviews but this is too much. Especially since this is delivery and I can't go back to the store so now I lost money.

Can I reach out to someone about no allergen menu...seems purposful, or you don't know what's in your food...no easy contact on the site or app...they just want you to talk to the store, the store has no clue

Soup is better than other fast casual places and the salads and sandwiches are good. I love the bread that comes in the side. And the chocolate covered strawberry yummmmm

Ordered online, about 10 minutes before my food was to arrive I got a text that my order failed, if it failed why take my money. Called multiple times over 45 minute period of time to get disconnected every time. NO EVER ANSWERS, you have my money, I do not have my lunch and no one will answer the phone. Total incomptetance
