I ordered an iced chai tea with Matcha and the nice barista wasn’t able to blend the matcha in and her manager Ally didn’t seem to care and my drink was made with clumps of matcha twice ! I requested a refund. I am disappointed in the customer service and the manger not caring if a drink was made properly.

Love caribou now. This location has excellent staff and quick service just like any other.Ample parking and good choice and many options for seating. Outside or inside. Couch or bench or chair.Menu is plentiful as we know. Good value and great ambiance.Clean restrooms and great wifi speed.It makes for excellent coffee time to lay back or do some remote work.

I had coffee here almost 10 times in the last four years. I never encountered any problem: coffee was standard, service was standard and the hostesses did what they had to do at any Caribou.

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my entire life. Our drive through order of only two breakfast sandwiches was wrong so I went inside to have "cook" remake. Instead of making new sandwiches he made adjustments to the already made sandwiches in which was wrong for the second time. I asked him to remake for the third time and he yelled at me across the kitchen "I made them right. What do you want!!?" and threw bacon towards me at the counter. After telling him for the third time what I wanted, he once again made them wrong. I asked for my money back and will never, EVER be going back here. His co-workers were embarrassed and the customers were just as appalled as I was. His name is Keenan and he should be fired immediately!
3 strikes and they are out. I ordered a cup of decaf coffee this morning. They poured the last ounce of the bottom of the carafe, then they added another couple of ounces of light roast. Bottom of that brew. Then topped it off with something I don't know what. I had them save room for cream. Guess what. None left. I may have understood if they were busy, but no. I'm the only one in line. I should have gone to McDonald's for a good cup of hot coffee. I will next time.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Took 20 minutes for a freaking turkey bacon mini, and my friend asked no coffee in a drink and they gave us a strong black coffee! Do not get things here!!! (They should replace it with a Starbucks) Also WAY to much money for a coffee that is literally all ice and no drink. I hate this place!

Horrible coffee I can't figure out what can go wrong with a simple white mocha?? Nasty taste like ancient old coffee beans, terrible flat dull notes and make with to much sugar. Blah I can't get the taste out of my mouth. I politely asked to have another one made it came out the same way I just lied and said it tasted a little bit better and went on my way to a different Location!! The young girl at the counter was actually nice but then she slipped in a nasty comment at the end. Not professional service... It looks nice inside that's all I can say positive.

You seriously have to try the white tea. It's really good! Although I had to take a leap of faith on that one -- I asked the employees what it's like and neither of them could tell me. I wish we had a Caribou out here in Cali.
