I ordered a 16 oz latte but was given a “small” cup that is a 12 oz size. The barista insisted that the small was the 16 oz size. So I paid for a 16 oz but got the 12 oz instead!

My one and will be only experience at this location was very disappointing. I walk up to the counter and find a worker sitting reading a book. That's fine with me, but what wasn't ok was that it took way too long for them to notice me. Their attitude seemed as though I was interrupting their reading session. I got my order and came to find out that it was made wrong! I was the only person they had to attend to.

9:45 am on a weekday: Quick in and out. A few mobile orders came up while I waited and make me think that’s the way to go next time.
There were a few folks doing crafts or just reading, most looked 65+.
I love the new coffees !! - especially the Turtle Nitro , no whip - I'm hooked !

I just had an awful experience at this caribou location. A woman in a purple shirt with glasses was incredibly rude. I was trying to explain the orders and she kept cutting me off and told me I should have just ordered online if it was going to be so complicated. Seriously the worst service i have received at a caribou.
