I just had an awful experience at this caribou location. A woman in a purple shirt with glasses was incredibly rude. I was trying to explain the orders and she kept cutting me off and told me I should have just ordered online if it was going to be so complicated. Seriously the worst service i have received at a caribou.

Love caribou but this location was sub par. Staff member was sitting on the job working on her computer. She was utterly bored and besides herself taking our order and the doughnut was old and stale. So not what other caribou's offer in service and quality of products.

The Barista took time to help me decide. I went with the new summer drink: Cold Press coffee with Ginger Ale Mule. Surprisingly delightful!

Always a great coffee. Great meeting spot that is clean, comfortable, and friendly.
I loved the cold brew coffee here. It has a great flavor that's head and shoulders better than Starbucks cold brew. I ordered it black and was pleased with the hint of sweetness that comes mes off of the coffee.

If I could , I would give NO star. Every time I go to this Caribou they do something and than justify it. One time I had a free upgrade and she told me I could not use it and could not tell me why. Today I went there against my better judgement and ordered a mint mocha w/ milk chocolate. She gave me a peppermint mocha. When I said something to her she said its the same thing just with peppermint on top. I want chocolate mint. For 5$ a cup for a small one at that, I should be able to get what I wanted. Not what you fixed. I ordered right. The cashier was wrong. Instead of her making me what i wanted, she gone give me what she made. NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!

Every time I come to this location, I'm either sitting at the menu saying "hello" until someone eventually comes, and then I sit at the window for what seems like forever just for them to even take my card. One time they even came back while I was waiting several miutes to get me drink and thet had forgotten to give it to me?
