I visited Caribou Coffee this morning and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the staff. Their tone was noticeably rude, which set a negative tone for the entire visit.

Additionally, after placing my order for a specific coffee, I was served an entirely different beverage. Instead of promptly addressing the mix-up, two of the staff members resorted to laughing and gossiping, further compounding the issue. This lack of accountability and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction left me feeling disrespected.

While I have previously had positive experiences with Caribou Coffee, I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular location. I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure that future customers receive the respectful service they deserve.

I had the worst experience at this Caribou Coffee on 03/02/2025. I ordered a Vanilla Mocha for my daughter at 2:29 PM, and after waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier why our drink was taking so long while others were getting theirs quickly. Instead of addressing the issue, he just told me to be patient.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I went back to ask again, and even other customers noticed the delay. One of the employees, a woman working there, just laughed at us, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Finally, after another 5 minutes, the cashier stopped what he was doing and started making our drink.

This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend it to others.

This Ridgedale location is my 'go-to' when visiting the mall. The guy waiting on me was so nice and friendly, and offered wonderful service. Typically, I have the Ham & Swiss croissant sandwich, which is delicious. But this time I tried the NEW Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, and was disappointed. I will still return, but will order my usual.

I went at 1:45 on a Friday when it was still open. Luckily there was no line; only people who were waiting for their drinks to be made. I asked for a water with my order and the two girls at the register just exchanged a look between themselves before saying no. They didn’t even apologize or say why not. I thanked them before leaving, but respectfully I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Got the drink wrong for a pick up and we did not realize until I brought it to the person drinking it

Staff was very friendly, one thing I'd like to say is the darker roasted coffees that are decalf could be stronger. Service was fast too! Thank you.

Set inside the Mall if you're a shopper its a great location. If you work in Mall your kind of over it lol Been to this location a few times its always staffed and staff is actually pretty nice. Make a great drink at times lines can be long but not horrible.
