Set inside the Mall if you're a shopper its a great location. If you work in Mall your kind of over it lol Been to this location a few times its always staffed and staff is actually pretty nice. Make a great drink at times lines can be long but not horrible.

Cashier was friendly and polite. She even pronounced my name correctly when pulling up my perks account, that always puts a smile on my face. Service was fast. I got a turtle mocha with dark chocolate and oatmilk.
This Caribou is a small little coffee shop in the middle of the Ridgedale shopping mall. It was a Saturday, so the surrounding area was bustling with high school students and families. Despite the line, we were served our Iced Matcha Tea Latte and Vanilla Espresso Shaker quickly. It tasted pretty up to par with other Caribous I've been to before. This was my first time trying the Espresso Shaker, their new menu item, and I thought it was the perfect drink for a sleepy late afternoon; it had a strong coffee flavor and wasn't bitter nor too sweet. We didn't find seating but weren't planning to stay for too long because we could grab our drink and shop around which was nice.

There was at least a half hour wait for my coffee due to a long line of folks waiting for their coffee. Had I known this, I would not have ordered. I went for my Birthday drink 2 days after my Birthday and was told that it wasnt showing on my perks and probably hasnt loaded yet since it seems to be taking time for them to load lately. It's almost 2 weeks since my Birthday and still no Birthday drink has loaded.
