i used to work here and got transferred over to another location but i picked up a shift at this mall location and i will never and i mean NEVER pick up a shift here again . the employees are horrible and super rude , they expect you to know their rules the first second you get there and they ignore you and don’t talk to you. my friend also picked up a shift and they never gave her her tips ! thumbs down 100% do better !
So in an absolute desperate need of caffeine with a kick of mocha we set out looking for Caribou. Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. I will from now on only be frequenting this Caribou for the simple reason I will never cheat on my dear Mitch, he is the only barista for this Minnesota Momma.

I hope I’m leaving this at the correct caribou- the women that took my order (mrs Bobby) has one of the most infectious smiles and such a nice lady!!! You have a gem in this caribou. I will go out of my way to to come to this caribou inside byerlys & Lunds. Thank you.
