Dropped in to try and order a simple coffee on a Sunday morning. The store wasn’t busy (few people sitting and two cars in drive through) so it should’ve been a quick visit. Never once was I acknowledged by the staff. All four staff stood by the drive through window and only focused on pickup orders. Even when I stood at the counter and they continuously walked by, I was never acknowledged. A simple “we’ll be with you soon” would’ve been great but I was pretty much invisible to them the entire time. Stood there for 5 min in silence and then left. Embarrassing customer service!

Today, I just want to talk about how my XL matcha always looks half full. The explanation I got was that it’s because it’s made in a blender. At Starbucks, they usually fill my cup all the way and remove the foam for me with the “no foam” option. My cup was still clean, I hadn’t even taken a sip yet. And yes, I’m a regular at Starbucks too, but I’m trying to support local here. So no need to tell me to “just go there” if I’m not happy. I’m simply sharing my experience.

It's always nice and clean but it is kind of a popular spot so it's always crowded in the mornings and there can be a lines.
Staff was pleasant, got my unique order perfectly crafted and were personable as well. Lovely experience!

My husband ordered a turtle mocha cooler ( dark chocolate, no whip) online and when we went to pick up, it was a mess on the counter ( they over filled the cup, leaking everywhere and had whip on), my husband tried to call someone to fix the order, the employee totally ignored him, he had to clean up himself and stuck with what he got! So disappointed!
