Food and service were wonderful. I was super impressed to see one worker scrubbing away the dirt that collects around the edges of the floor. She worked so hard.Only complaint is the music; it’s not relaxing or interesting.

Caribou is great, however….I really resent the whole ‘forced’ tipping thing when paying with a credit card. I realize I’m not being forced, but it’s really uncomfortable for me not to tip when the cashier is standing right there. I’ve started paying in cash now, just to avoid tipping in the drive thru. I realize these folks need the $$ but at $10 for a latte, owners need to pay their people so I’m not forced to!

Staff is friendly and everything is good except for time. The last few times I’ve been here, regardless of time of day, I end up waiting over 10 minutes for my orders which I placed online. Maybe they’re waiting for people to arrive before they work on their order? If so, instructions should reflect that on the app.
