Chipotle Mexican Grill

I made a mobile order and they completely forgot my chips and the guacamole on my bowl that I paid extra for. I was also waiting for it to be made way after the time the app said it would be ready by. I am very disappointed.

1 burrito bowl and a side of queso and was charged 28 dollars, went on the DoorDash app and ordered the exact same thing and total came out to 17.08$. How is it 10$ more expensive at the store than it is using a 3rd party app? Outrageous

The people there could barely speak English and charge me $20 for a bowl. I didn’t even want extra steak and I didn’t even get extra steak but they charged me for extra steak. This place is a rip off and they need to learn English.

Assistant GM Ethan is the reason why I keep coming back. His attitude is infectious and you can tell how much he cares about his job. Very prompt, professional and personable. He cares deeply for his job and you can see it thru his actions. Great employee!

This was a terrible customer experience involving me
1)waiting in the restaurant while employees were standing around with no in store customers watching as the online order station drowned in orders,
2)my order taking 30 min past the order time to be ready(again with employees with no customers staring at me while I waited),
3) the order being wrong requiring me to drive back and
4) then the store manager blaming me saying “ you should have opened up all the bowls before you left”. There was not even so much as a “ sorry that happened”

I left my house with an online order placed at 4:50 and finally returned over an hour later with cold food and no apology. I know it’s just chipotle but this seems below even fast food level of customer service. I would advise you to drive 10 miles out of your way to avoid this particular location. I certainly don’t need a cold burrito bowl that bad and will skip altogether next time.

So very close to 5-stars. I've been here 2 weeks on a row now. I had a lovely burrito. The Honey-Chipotle chicken is amazing. The guacamole is to die for. But then you get chips, to go with the guacamole, and both times I have been to this location, the chips were at least from the day before, if not from two days before.
You guys do everything so well. Can you not incorporate a way to sell fresh chips?
This would complete the package.

Back in 2021 I ordered from this chipotle and i had ordered a Bowk containg, White rice, Black beans pico sour cream and chicken and only the black beans were on there with pinto beans and fajitas. This was when it was online order only

Visited Chipotle for late lunch. Food and choices were excellent as always from my perspective. It always feels rushed to make selections, pay, etc, which I do not enjoy.

That was the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve walked in to, for sure there must be no manager or direction. 3 or 4 guys, food area a complete mess, all tables dirty, trash completely full and they wouldn’t even place the napkins in the dispenser, just opened the package and place it somewhere in the utensils area. Not what you would expect for the area.

Absolutely one of the worst Chipotle locations. Have ordered dozens of times online here and the orders are NEVER on time. While I wait, the tables are uncleaned while employees stand around behind counter with no customers.

One of the chipotles of all time.

Who’s the owner/GM of this place? Remember when the line had 10+ people and you’d be through in 5 min. We waited at least 10+min (not a big deal). The reason for the wait is the starter got multiple orders wrong and couldn’t communicate with the guest. I was able to order small quesadillas for the kids meal but couldn’t order a large one unless it was mobile. How does that make sense!?! The staff was not friendly, place was filthy, and to top it all off I got terrible sick (puking and..) from the food.
