One of the female servers was very impatient. Also with what we are charged for food you would think the bowls would be full like other Chipotle's. I won't be back to this location.

Line was out the door and I’ve never seen an employee make food so slow, it seemed intentional or he was high as a kite. I understand why this place has such bad reviews. We walked out and will not return, hire better employees and train them.

The other reviews about this place are accurate. I come here after work to get to-go orders and they are constantly out of fajita veggies or other things. It’s super irritating considering they don’t close until 9pm. They shouldn’t be constantly running out of things and be more prepared for the crowds they serve.

I recently visited Chipotle and was utterly disappointed with the service and offerings. Firstly, I requested chicken, only to be told it would take five minutes, but ended up waiting for a frustrating 15 minutes without any compensation or apology from the uninterested staff. Their lack of courtesy was appalling.Secondly, their menu advertised honey-vinaigrette, but upon ordering, I was informed that they simply "didn't feel like making it today." This inconsistency in menu offerings based on employee whims is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience at Chipotle was marred by long waits, indifferent staff, and false advertising. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Wow! Usually love the food at this chipotle never have had a bad experience but stopped Sat 3/9 bout 2 steak bowls, double meat, paid 22 bucks and couldn’t even eat the steak it had so much fat and gristle on it over half of it !! So disappointing. I won’t go to this one ever again.

(I saw 4 employees in back)...10 minutes later still nothing, nobody checked with me or looked at me once, I'm standing here at the shelf with bright red cooler... 15 minutes later still nothing.I walk out.What is going on here there are 5 people working andthey can't get a pre ordered burrito finished in 15 minutes?This location is definitely not a good chipotle. Won't be back. Was sticky and full of trash. One of those guys in back not working should clean the front ? maybe.I should have read the reviews before I came in.This location must be owned by the same person who runs the Hopkins location. Both are basically toilets.

I originally rated this place a one star, but I recently came back to this chipotle restaurant and they seem to have new employees who are much better at their jobs and the restaurant is much cleaner than it was before. Keep up the great work!

What happened to this location? I go in to order 3 chicken bowls and the available food was lacking. The peppers and onions were down to the bottom and looked like seaweed. I asked them to make more and the workers refused. Chicken and other meats were also low in stock - guac was brown. You can tell from the other reviews over the past year this location is one of the worst. Won’t be going back - Hey management, maybe train your staff to have fresh food at this location. Shouldn’t be that hard.
