Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible! People are rude, swearing behind counter, two employees almost got in a fight. The one lady was complaining about having to turn around and grab more beans. Then these losers want 15 an hour

Not the typical Chipotle experience I've had in the past. Walked in and think I was third in line and I notice a young lady with reddish hair taking her lunch break while eating literally above a guy on the preparation portioning out sauces. What makes this particularly interesting is that Chipotle is freshly prepared and could prompt contamination/food poisoning. While the kitchen appeared sanitary, the soda station and dining area (particularly table tops) were dirty. These sanitation issues could have easily have been addressed as their were about 6 to 7 employees on shift. Not well managed to say the least.

Parking: Plenty of mall parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: At Ridgedale Mall so ample handicapped parking was available. Mall is fully ADA compliant.

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle, really appreciate the hard work the team puts in at Ridgedale Mall location. I know it can get hectic, but I've noticed inconsistencies, like portion sizes and the cleanliness at the soda station. I think with a bit more attention to those details, this team can really elevate the experience. ** Still love Chipotle, and I know they can make it even better!

Wow! What a waste of time and money. I will not be going back. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible customer service (rude employee). And terrible meat (cold, extremely chewy and filled with fat and cartilage). And to be clear, this is not my first bad experience here. Lesson learned.

The rudest workers I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I’ve gone more than once to give the benefit of the doubt, and each time have experienced the same treatment. The guy looks at you with near disgust. Will not be going back.

Halana at the Register was kind and efficient
Shilynn was actively engaged with one task and moved onto the next task
All the employees at this location demonstrate super TEAMWORK !

I ran in on a quick break, one of the people at the food station completely ignored me and the other rudely addressed me. After staring at me for a few minutes……as if they were confused as to why I was standing in line or just hoping I would go away. As for the food…… I eat chipotle often enough to know that the chips and queso normally don’t make me gag, they were somehow both incredibly stale and tasted completely burnt, my queso was cold and very chunky and all in all just bad service

Poorly communicated the price of extra brisket meat and rude customer service when I asked a question about the total price. Chipotle has been declining overall the past 3 years and this was the final nail in the coffin for me. I will not be returning to any Chipotle for the foreseeable future.

Someone needs to check in on this place, employees done care about service, food or general cleanliness. There is rice and spilled water all over the restaurant. Not a single clean table. Employees are having a grand old time behind the counter though so it’s good to know chipotle takes care of their employees.

I ordered double chicken and my order didn’t even had 1/2 of a single potion, it was just filled with rice and lettuce and barely any chicken. It’s so annoying that is always a gamble to order food from chipotle
