I brag about my Crumbl location because it’s always 10/10! The manager is so nice and he always ensures each cookie is perfect. Never had a bad experience here. Truly the BEST location, would go out of my way to buy from here over the 3 other locations near me.
Crumbl cookie is always clean, their service is always fast shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes and workers are super nice. Cookies are always fresh and to my liking

Forget ever going to the Ridgedale location- I live right next to it too. I’ll drive to this location out of my way. Awesome customer service, very friendly staff. The 3x I went to Ridgedale, it was terrible service. Today (a Friday) I ordered cookies from Ridgedale at 6pm for the last time- the doors were locked when I came to pick up my order with a dirty hand written note they were closing early.
