The basic cookies aren't worth $4.50... you might as well pickup Pillsbury cookie dough at Target. The chocolate chip cookies don't have as many chocolate chunks as you would think based on the pictures they show in store.

We purchased two dozen cookies online and had a gift card for a third dozen
For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.
We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!
this was on October 2 Wednesday, So whoever the young lady was on duty gets the credit for going above and beyond.

Normally don’t ever write on these. I’ve been here 3 times total and the service was terrible each time. Not sure why I decided to give it that many chances. The first time I was completely ignored waiting for service, so I walked out. Awhile later I thought I’d try it again- 2/6 cookies were sold out that I ordered on the app (app could have been updated & the other patron there said this kind of thing happens there a lot). Of the remaining cookies I bought, one of them was supposed to come with syrup but never got added into the box. The last time I went (9/27), I ordered 6 cookies on a Friday at 6pm. The doors were locked and said they were closing early (supposed to close at 10:30pm). I already paid. I knocked on the door. They told me I could come back in the morning or get a refund in 3-4 days. The worker gave me her manager’s card and said to email them asking for a refund. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the Minnetonka location off 101.

Would NOT recommend this place at all! I’ve been to this location third different times. Each time I get ignored, the place is dirty and 3/6 cookies are sold out….. and they are never busy so I don’t understand how they can be sold out every time. So disappointed. Left empty handed. I recommend the Maple Grove Crumbl location if your looking for better service and all the cookies are actually available
