Some problems with crumble cookie has to be the quality control and how there's always greasy handprints on the pink box. Other then that the staff were nice.

Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest experiences with this crumble cookie. A lot of the employees aren't very friendly. I do appreciate the manager trying his best to amend for mistakes that happen. But I've gone to this crumbl cookie multiple times and the cookies usually have something wrong with them. So in the future I will go to a different crumbl cookie establishment. Hopefully in the future it will get better!

This location has gone downhill quickly!! The workers look like they hate their job. My cookie box was sticky and filthy, the baking area was gross. The other Minnetonka location is WAYYYY better
