No wait for me, came at 5:30 Monday. Great service and treats. It’s a drive for me because the one near me is awful, love DQ, will drive to find good service and treats. If you have to wait, so be it!!

Staff is just amazing here! Lines are long, but they go so fast! Those kids have your order to you almost as fast as you can say it! But they take time to answer questions and are patient and kind while some are trying to decide. Such fun energy and fabulous blizzards! Thank you for making a "mini"! Now I can come (almost) every day!?

1st visit this year I asked for a spoon for my sunday. I was the only customer at the time 2 minutes go by and I had to ask again. She gave me a horrible look as if I had done something wrong. Terrible staff. 2 ladies.

My husband and I love the walk-up DQs as they just bring back memories and have character. We learned of the First Day of Spring Free Cone Day. This brought back memories. The hours listed on the on the site said open until 9 pm. I even called during the day asking about the free cone and if we could upgrade to a sundae or something. Nothing was mentioned about the hours. We pulled in at 8:13 pm and lights were being shut off. We were bummed! Very disappointed to desire ice cream, memories and then find out you cannot get them. Other customers were driving in too. The owner did call me yesterday (2 and after) to explain the situation. He said the hours listed were corporate responsibility to change. That he wasn't computer savvy. He explained they only open this day in the Spring. Owning a business is 100% his responsibility. He did not show compassion or concern that we took time to come to his store, that we were looking forward to ice cream and now didn't get any. He left a very negative impression on us. We will not go back. He just bought himself a very expensive negative ad of his store, his character. He didn't apologize, nor try to make the bad experience into a good one. Anyone can own a business. It takes someone special to manage a thriving business that has compassion for the customers. There are many other great DQ stores nearby that care and want our business.3/26/24 I reached out to you yesterday as requested. I haven't heard from you. Did you receive the reply?
