We went to go through the drive through when there was still 15 mins before closing and the drive through closed early on a busy Friday night. They turned off the lights on us. Very disappointed.

This place had bad customer service for a long time but they have definitely turned it around. The staff were nice and they were making all the treats really fast. After ordering we grabbed a table and when the treats were done they actually walked them all over for us!

Fun little Dairy Queen in the heart of Richfield. I’ve always had delicious ice cream at this location, and the staff is always very pleasant.

This was the best Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had!! The place was clean, customer service was amazing and the orders came out fast. I wasn’t sure when I chose this DQ based off of harsh reviews, but oh my goodness it was amazing!! Keep up the great work.

I absolutely love this Dairy Queen! My orders always turn out exactly the way they should be. The staff are so sweet, and friendly! I highly recommend this as good local fast food destination :)

Over a month, no ingredients for two of the blizzards, no medium cups for blizzards, I received a melted blizzard and if turned upside down, it would have fallen out! They don’t need my money!!!

Food was fine but the wait was long when there were 2 people at the single drive through window and another in the kitchen doing just about nothing. While I was waiting I heard one of the women at the window yelling at an old man to "JUST GO! GO! GO!" while he looked at her confused in his car...she YELLED at this poor man for sitting in his car 2 seconds too long. Plus when one of the staff members arrived they just started chatting and whatnot while I was waiting to order.

I ordered in the drive-through, a 4 piece chicken strip meal with buffalo sauce and no drink with a mini BO cup blizzard. My total was $13 and the only thing that was edible was my mini blizzard. The chicken strips were cold, and not cooked fully, and the fries were soggy and also cold, with cold buttered bread. I will never patron this location again. I've tried this so many times its ridiculous. I also did not get a receipt, so I'm not sure how I'm going to make an official complaint. I was also in the drive-through approximately 10 to 12 minutes behind one other vehicle waiting for food.
