My husband and I stopped here after an appointment. We both enjoyed some hot hoagies. They were delicious. He had a meatball hoagie and I had a assorted hoagie. They definitely filled our stomaches up.

Food is great, atmosphere is okay. It's the management that's the problem. Most of the employees are fine and cordial, but practically every single manager here is god awful. Katie is a good example of this statement. Rude, obnoxious and does not know how to talk to customers.

Had food delivered, hoagies were great but lettuce in salad was old, had orange, rusty color. Unedible. Got the family size and three it away. Even though other stuff was good, makes you wonder about all ingredients ?

ordered online for stay in. arrived within 25 minutes for a deep dish that takes 25 minutes to cook (used to work there). had the deep dish sitting on the counter getting cold, and it was overcooked. generally common sense dictates that you keep the customer's food warm . instead, just threw it on the counter with no care whatsoever. upon complaining, received a "sorry about that" with no further care whatsoever. cringe, wont be back.

Disappointing visit. Ordered a Pastrami sandwich and a calzone. The meat on both items was barely existent. Pastrami sandwich had one slice that barely covered the size of the bread. The calzone which was “the works” had a few pepperonis, a piece of mushroom and some cheese. Unfortunately after paying $40 we had to make a stop at Taco Bell. Food was hallow and empty.Where’s the meat??

Called in an order for two sandwiches, was told 12 minutes. Went to pick up and waited over 45 minutes. We were told " we were busier than expected'. So they didn't know that when we called? Not the first time this has happened. Too many other options to keep hoping they improve. Food was fine, wait was unacceptable.
