We came in a few minutes early for our reservation and completely understood that we needed to wait. That was not an issue. However Lauren was super rude about it: snapping WE ARE NOT READY FOR YOU! From the moment we were seated, Lauren, was unnecessarily condescending. Throughout the evening, she repeatedly lectured us on what we could and could not do — from the heating lamp, to moving a high chair (which we already knew counted as a person in the igloo), to multiple reminders...

We didn't know what to expect walking into Duke's on 7 for their Igloo experience. However, the evening at Duke's was great -- better than expected! The temperature outside was a balmy 3 degrees, but the Igloo was warm and cozy -- like a warm private winter getaway oasis under the stars. The private music in the igloo was a pleasant addition to the atmosphere. The food and cocktails were exceptional, and the server was wonderful, full of positive energy! She knew...

Visited the Igloos for a bday brunch, and it was so fun! It was a windy/cold day, yet we were still very comfortable inside the igloo. The fuzzy blankets and heaters kept us warm, and the good food/service made the experience wonderful! Would highly recommend!
