Service is not bad at all but every time I come here they make my drinks wrong. Every single time I’m leaving with icky coffee. Ive been to many Dunkin Donuts and my drinks have tasted the same but this place it’s different. Which sucks because it is right next to my job but I’ll keep going out to Richfield I suppose.

Never felt so unwelcome in a fast food establishment before, extremely rude. Workers are hard to understand, some don't speak english or are very very hard to understand. So many flys were flying around. Honestly just a really bad experience. Don’t waste your time, go to starbucks or caribou.

This Dunkin needs help… Service is incredibly slow and inaccurate I spent 45 minutes waiting for a simple munchkin and matcha combo. Only to have the wrong flavor of munchkins and missing inclusions in my matcha. Horrible waste of time. The older staff seem to have trouble making the drinks… it seems as though a child is playing with “potions” instead of a grown adult making coffee. Small space with no where to sit and awful climate, it felt as though a freezer was left open.

The food is decent when they actually cook it fully. The donuts are very dry and not even fully frosted sometimes. I’ve had a really great experience with the younger workers but all of the older people have been extremely rude and can’t seem to figure out the difference between a coffee and a latte. The coffee is very watery and not very hot. Someone needs to send help…
Not only was it colder inside the shop than it was outside, I would have been better off going to the gas station for better service.
Two staff working the floor, one looked like a deer in the headlights at the register; completely stunned when I tried to buy a specialty doughnut.
Getting my order took upwards of 10 minutes. Even after I received my meal deal, the 6pc hash brown was short 2 and cooked way too long.
I'll give Chaska a try but if it's anything like this, I'll be going back to the reliable Caribou.

I ordered form this location on Uber Eats and i got spit coffee and a sponge that used to the donut. uber eats would not even give me the full refund for nothing that could be eaten. called the store and nothing. The pictures are what I recived.

Errors happens, what defines good customer service is how you fix the error. Came in ordered a latte charged for a latte got a coffee instead. Called spoke to manager, manager apologized, took down the name and said just mention the name I’ll get you your latte and give you a treat at no charge. Went it to redeem it, and worker said the latte is free but there is no “treat” I didn’t want to debate over a dollar or two and you need to speak to the manager again refused to give me her name. It irritated me to have to haggle over 2 bucks which was a gesture of apology. Dumb!

Dunkin’ was solid today! The croissant breakfast sandwich was really good buttery, flaky, and hit the spot. The only downside was the hash browns, which were a bit too oily. Still, overall a tasty and satisfying stop for breakfast.
