Once I ordered a small latte and was given a small coffee. Today I ordered a small latte and tried to pay for the tab using my bank card. The no tip emoji would not work and I had to pay with a tip! The person who took my order saw that I attempted to not tip. My drink was barely warm and I believe she intentionally got even! I will never go back as my experience has been terrible.

Went last week with about an hour left of open time. Requested a drink and was told they already cleaned that and couldn't make my drink. Went 2 HOURS before close tonight and was told the same thing! Why you cleaning so early? Losing customers due to lazy workers wanting to leave early. Drinks are awesome. Service SUCKS!

They really need to learn how to make lattes. Every time I get latte or cappuccino. Taste so bad!

Hours are wrong
I’ve been going here for years. The quality of service has declined ever since the original staff left. During my last trip the employee at the counter let other store employees cut ahead of me.
Not a coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. Asked staff for a recommendation - they made the lavender chai latte and it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are similar to Starbucks or Caribou.
Pretty over priced and over rated. Very friendly staff, kind of like a starbucks in a way.Not a ton of sitting area here, clearly ment as a grab and go location. Not sure I would go here again. The drinks went good enough to validate the price and lack of amenities.

Great service and food
Pleasantly surprised by the really rich mocha I got. Well worth the stop. Don't be intimidated by it being inside a department store, it's easy to get to.
