Ichhido Ramen is a must-visit for ramen lovers! We started with the cucumber salad and pot stickers — both were fresh and delicious. The ramen was amazing, with rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The service was friendly and attentive, making the dine-in experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Ichiddo Ramen offers a variety of ramen options that capture authentic Japanese flavors, with popular choices like Tonkotsu, Miso, and Shoyu ramen. These dishes are known for their rich, creamy pork-based broth and customizable toppings, which include options such as chashu pork, bamboo shoots, and soft-boiled eggs. The ramen noodles are noted for their texture—they stay firm and don’t stick, making them a perfect fit for the flavorful broths Ichiddo offers. My favorite among Ichiddo is Spicy Miso Ramen for a kick of heat, and the classic Tonkotsu Ramen for its depth of umami flavor. If you’re looking for more variety, Ichiddo also serves appetizers like gyoza, spring rolls, and takoyaki, as well as skewers and donburi rice bowls for a complete Japanese meal experience.

TASTY RAMEN. I have been to Japan once and the ramen seems authentic. Service is friendly and good. Restaurant appears very clean. It’s never too crowded. Food is FAST. Ramen takeout has considerate packaging. The tea has MANY great options

The cream cheese wontons here are amazing, I prefer wontons when they are more savory and less sweet (these were perfect). This is one of the only Ichidoos I have been to that also has iced coffee! My husband loves their iced coffee here, the atmosphere is clean and beautiful and the waiters are also great. With the appetizer, food, and drinks the bill was around $50 which is very reasonable. Note: The photos I took were after a few wontons were eaten/and the ramen looked too good I couldn't wait.

We ordered takeout from here and everything was amazing. The spicy tuna roll was packed with tuna! The kimchi ramen was the perfect spiciness and the bubble tea was also great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First off, the food was great! And the server was lovely. However, there were 3 issues of note, one of them major:
1. The drink menus weren't brought to the table with the food menus.
2. The drink menus were incomplete; the server had to tell us what else was available outside of the menu.
3. The chairs are too small. The "arms" of the chairs were digging into my thighs. The chairs are not meant for people with larger frames; people with medium frames barely fit in them.

Tl;dr: food was great, chairs were painful.
