Ike's is one of my favorite restaurants. I was joined by 2 people who hadn't eaten at Ike's before. We all ordered salads - Ike's Chop House, Steak and Caesar - all of us said they were delicious. I scored the food lower because the size of the chop salad has gotten smaller and the amount of chicken was much less that when I ordered the same thing a couple months ago.
cheese curds unique and outstanding. mushroom, arugula flatbread...tasty but could use more mushrooms.
We stopped in for a quick dinner before driving to an evening concert in Minneapolis. Good food at reasonable prices, including happy hour beer. Service was prompt and attentive.
What a great place to eat. The walleye was excellent and I had a nice generous pour for the house Chardonnay
Huge disappointment with our Father's Day brunch experience on Sunday, June 16th. Having previously enjoyed your brunch offerings on past occasions, we had high expectations for a special holiday meal. Regrettably, it was evident that the quality of both service and offerings has unfortunately declined. The most pressing issue was the consistently slow service. Despite what appeared to be numerous open tables, our party experienced considerable delays. It took over 45 minutes for our initial order of staple breakfast items (eggs, bacon, hash browns) to arrive at our table. To compound this, when the food finally did reach us, it was barely warm, significantly detracting from the enjoyment of what should be simple, hot breakfast fare. We opted for the 'family style' brunch, anticipating generous, shareable portions. However, this expectation was severely unmet, as the initial serving amounted to merely one piece of bacon per person. While we were informed refills were available, the infrequency of staff check-ins and the considerable delays in delivering subsequent rounds made this system largely ineffective and frustrating. We found ourselves constantly waiting for staff attention rather than enjoying our meal. This lack of attentive service and efficient delivery was particularly disappointing on a significant holiday like Father's Day. For such a high-volume day, one would expect a restaurant to deploy its most capable and efficient team to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for guests. Unfortunately, this was not our observation. Ultimately, the overall experience did not justify the cost, leaving us feeling that the value proposition was poor. We had hoped for a memorable and enjoyable Father's Day celebration, and regrettably, our experience fell far short. MSP has a ton of brunch places, I'd advise on looking around.
Ikes has become our go to for Father's Day every year! A great brunch, fun cocktails , great service and the ambience is always welcoming.
We had the best server! She was so attentive and very helpful. Great drinks and fun appetizer food.
Service & food are always great, just wish they had more vegetarian sandwiches or entrees.
Great. Called ahead and said it was a business dinner And that we'd be only ordering drinks Not sure that this was communicated to wait staff - wish it was
Another FABULOUS evening at Ike's! The Happy Hour Menu is outstanding and we all feasted, ordering 2 different times because it was all so delicious! And great news - the patio is OPEN -- weather cooperated Saturday and eating outside was great!

Place was packed, so make a reservation! Food was great & the service was even better!
The food was great; our server was wonderful. We were sat in a booth in the bar on the main “path”, so it was very crowded and noisy.
Ike's was great, as usual. They have a great happy hour and you cannot beat the ribs.
Food was very good and nicely presented. Waiter was pleasant and attentive as needed. This was our first visit; I am looking forward to going back!
Great server - I believe her name was Rachel. We had only been to downtown Ikes years ago so it was a pleasure to try out the Minnetonka site where we Enjoyed our family dinner for 3 conversation, eat delicious food and relax. We will be back.
