My wife and I were there for lunch , as we have before and have had a great time but not this time .They seated us and our waitress greeted us which was fine, we ordered I had the special a walleye sandwich it was good, a little messy but good. My wife ordered the hot turkey sandwich and that was not so good the turkey meat looked old like leftovers the whole meal just did not look appealing. She asked if she could get a little more gravy which they brought out, the gravy had a lot of pepper in it making it hard to eat. So we got our bill and got ready to leave when we notice that they charged us two dollars for a small bowl of gravy. It maybe quite some time before we go back, but next time we know what not to order.

We’re from out of state. The restraint by our hotel was booked up so I did a google search. Found a bunch of good reviews so we gave it a shot. This place was a gem. It’s so good. So happy we went here

I will not return. I made a reservation but was seated in the bar area which was very noisy. There was an elderly lady with gray hair wearing a mask who wasn’t even our waitress who was very rude to our party. My food was lukewarm and we were rushed. The waiter kept stopping by and asking if we were done eating but he could clearly see I was still eating my meal. After being there for 1 and 20 minutes we were asked to leave because other people were waiting for our booth. Again, we were asked to leave, not by our waiter but by the elderly lady wearing a mask. We couldn’t enjoy our meal and visit. So don’t go if you are wanting a quiet evening out. The food is also over priced.

A friend and I met for lunch to celebrate our February birthdays.My Santa Fe fried avacado salad was delicious!Our server, Floyd, I N95was friendly and attentive. When we had finished lunch, Floyd brought us birthday ice cream Sundays for dessert.Thank you, Floyd, for making our birthday lunch extra special!!We will be back!

We stopped for lunch before a hockey game. Service was good. They even served a free delicious cinnamon roll! We had a flatbread which was delicious. My sister had the avocado toast which was good. Her son had buttered noodles from the kids menu. The food was reasonably priced.

Today my girlfriend and I had lunch at Ike's to celebrate our February birthdays. Our server was Floyd and he went above and beyond for us. He was attentive, answered our questions and made recommendations. We had mentioned to him at the start of the meal that we were both celebrating our birthdays. Imagine our surprise when he walked out, after clearing our table, with two ice cream sundaes, complete with candles, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate sauce and maraschino cherries!? Pure delight! The food we ordered was delicious too. I ordered the calamari, which was crispy and tender. The portion wasn't huge but it tasted so good, it was worth it. My girlfriend had the SW Fried Avocado Salad. The salad was huge and had four avocado halves, battered and lightly fried. It was so large, she couldn't finish it and took the leftovers home. Floyd even asked her if she wanted a deli cup to bring the additional salad dressing home. What a terrific server! Ike's, you'd better hang on to that guy - he's definitely a keeper.
The food was poor. The ribs were burnt, dry and tough to eat so we didn't finish them. The service was fantastic, EXCEPT that the server would have given us a refund when we showed him the ribs.

Even though we had a wait until the hockey families left, we had a wonderful server and she gave us a great tour of the menu. Everyone had the best dinner: Chicken Marsala, Sea Bass, Walleye and Salmon!

I have always thought Ike's has some of the best burgers in town. A friend and I went at 2:00 for a Saturday lunch. There were customers but it was not very busy. The waitress was great. The burgers were a disappointment. I ordered well done, my friend ordered medium. When we cut each in half to eat, my well done was medium rare and the medium burger was rare. We flagged the waitress, she was very apologetic and took the burgers back to the kitchen. They reshaped our burgers that had been served and cooked them as originally requested. The experience was very disappointing.

The caramel rolls were excellent, but we expected that we'd get individual rolls instead of one huge one to split among the 4 of us. I thought that the menu choices were fairly limited, but everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The service was excellent.

There on Valentine's , for lunch. The bartender was our waiter. He was very friendly. We had the special sandwich of the day, it was amazing, and the fries were too.It was Valentines , and they had really cute red, light up hearts on every table. Wanted to take one home! I resisted. Love Ike's for any occasion.
