Every time i’ve ordered from in the mall, I regret it. Even when there’s nobody elseordering but myself, it takes them 15 minutes to make my drink because they sit there and talk to eachother. Wont be ordering there anymore :/

I got a “matcha green tea blast” blended drink from here, and it was terrible! I thought nothing of it because there were a lot of new hires that day and I asked them to make another beverage. However, the manager asked me if I’d like less matcha since matcha itself is strong. I agreed, thinking it would taste better. I was wrong. It was still very pungent and had no taste of vanilla in it at all. I went to the caribou instead to get my matcha. Then I went to the mall again a few months later and ordered the same beverage. It tasted NOTHING like the beverage I had when I first ordered at this location. The recent beverage a lovely lady made for me tasted exactly how it does when I normally get it at other Jamba Juice locations.

Jamba is Jamba wherever you go. What makes the difference is service. This location is grimy. One of the workers was chewing gum with their mouth open while leaning over the food line, which I could view from the side. It was a mess. The counter was disgusting. I ordered ahead in the app and it wasn’t made at all. I watched a dozen people go through the line and get served. Had to ask where my order was. It hadn’t even been made. Not impressed. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

If you’d like to order a smoothie bowl… place your order, go shop somewhere for 20 minutes, and come back for it. That’s how long it’ll take for it to come out.

Yeah, not the best customer experience or menu item. I stood in line with 8 other people behind me. One girl taking an order then making it. Taking an order then making it. Someone came ahead of the line and asked for their online order. Oh, that wasn't made yet. So now everything stopped and she turned her attention to the online order. If I could have I would have gotten a refund and left. Now sure why I try this location. I sit down and begin to eat and yuck. Coconut is dried out and old. Very runny. So sweet. No, won't come back and won't recommend. The customer service is nothing. No thank you. No hello. The young girl is chewing gum and popping it all the while trying to take her time to do her job.

Absolutely awful service. 2 people in line with 3 workers behind the counter. 2 teenage girls and a guy. The customer in front of me ordered and not a single one of them started that person's drink until I was done paying. Then they did her drink wrong and hadn't even started on mine. Seeing as how there were more employees than customers, you would think they would try harder. The customer in front of me voiced her annoyance because they were laughing amongst themselves instead of working. I wish I hadn't left a tip!

Today at 3:15 I ordered a pink star with whey protein, and the new dragon fruit smoothie for $19.10. When I waited 10 minutes for my smoothies, I got a non-blended pink star smoothie without whey protein and a dragon fruit smoothie bowl. Completely what I did not order, and when I asked for the original smoothie because thats what I ordered, one of the girls caught an attitude and said we dont serve that. Then when her co-worker stepped in and said thats what you ordered I corrected both of them by telling them that its the new smoothie that you just started offering. Then they remade it and completely made the incorrect smoothie. (See photo for detail), the bowl has the correct smoothie, dragon fruit being purple, but you can clearly tell that the smoothie we were given as a replacement is orange and tastes like mango. Then talking to the manager he insisted on remaking it for a third time. While this was happening I noticed one of the girls laughing at me because of the inconvenience because shes the one that remade it (I believe was made incorrectly again intentionally), (white, blonde hair, and braces). Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior to be in the service industry.

when it was time to order the girl taking my order wasn't professional and her coworker kept talking to her not letting me order, they were very disrespectful and very unprofessional. they also just kept messing around that by the end of it the girl didn't even get my order. then i got so sick from the smoothie it kept me up all night!!!last time i ever go to that jamba juice!! terrible customer service, those employees shouldn't be working there if they won't do their job right.

I was there at 6:07 and ask for two açaí bowls and they said they don’t make them after 6 since they close at 7:00. I don’t understand why have something in the menu that you won’t sell after certain time when is not like they sell actual food like other fast food where is breakfast and lunch they don’t even have this in the website that açaí bowls are not made after certain time.

Waited 40 minutes total for an online order, waited 15 minutes in line and once it was finally my turn, they asked the person behind me for their order and I had to wait another 5 minutes while both employees ignored me, I understand staffing is an issue however if I am next in line I should be attended to first, at least that’s how it normally works

This place is one of my guilty pleasures. I'm always super geeked to go to Ridgedale because I'm going to splurge and get the large Mango-a-go-go.The mall was packed so there was a long line which was to be expected. There were about 5 girls working on this particular day. It almost looked as though there were too many people working in such a small space.One girl looked to be confused about the order tickets, and mixed up the drinks. The girls were trying to smell one of the drinks to determine what the flavor was. I' was watching at this point to see if they were going to serve it, after three people had sniffed the drink. Someone must have accidentally deleted the orders in process; I heard one of the young ladies say "what the f@#¥" when she realized what had happened. I can only imagine in her shock, she forgot we all were standing there.I finally got my drink BUT it wasn't filled to the rim as it usually is. Those drinks are dang near $10 each so I need every last drop! I was able to get over this because I signed up for the rewards while waiting in line and got to use my 50% of rewards immediately. Trust and believe I would have ask for more if it were any other way. While the taste was fine, the consistency was off which was disappointing. Several chunks of mango with every sip.While I was disappointed, this was the first time my drink wasn't perfect so this isolated incident won't stop me from going back in the future and giving this location another try.
