There was a piece of bread sitting out. I asked the young lady.Could I please have a fresh piece of bread. The young lady had to have an attitude about it. She handed me my sandwich.No bag, no napkins, no thank you. Her manager was standing right there and allowed this rude customer service.

The two employees greeted me right away but you could tell they were disinterested in doing their job. Had the customer service voice but vibe changed once I declined to tip yet another person. They didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted just started making it and they didn’t even tell me it was ready. They just kept their convo going about non work and ran to the back. I stood there not knowing if it was my sandwich despite the shop being empty. No labels nothing.

No one at this location smiles, greets customers when they walk in. Just dead silence and blank stares. They seem annoyed when customers come in. Definitely won’t be back

The shop was basically empty, and my sandwich looked like it was sat on and then dragged through water because it was soaking wet. I couldn’t even eat it because I was worried whatever made it wet would make me sick. It was nasty. I’ve been to numerous Jimmy John’s locations and it’s been great, but this location was SO bad.

Please update when the order is ready for pickup. I went through almost my entire thirty minute break waiting in the parking lot because I didn’t want to pressure anybody, still said it wasn’t ready. After I knew I would only have enough time to drive back I went in to check and it was ready on the shelf. Could I have checked earlier? Yes, am I polite to not stand around bugging you about my order, yes.

at this jimmy johns there is a guy… idk how to describe him… he has curly hair and an overbite and he drives a nissan murano i’ve seen him scurrying around in it and lets just say he’s very frightening. he harasses people (customers) and leaves a lot of people who go to that jimmy johns feeling extremely uncomfortable. he clearly has no respect for women and thinks it’s appropriate to harass them. i don’t think he is a good representation of what jimmy johns SHOULD be

i’m pretty disappointed, i came in not too long ago and while i was waiting in line to order i saw an employee (with gloves on) stick his hands in his pants and itch his behind. while in line i was praying that he would take them off and wash his hands while proceeding to make another customers sandwich but of course he didn’t and began making someone else’s sandwich with his extremely contaminated hands. i was actually so baffled and disgusted that i was completely stunned. this happened about a month or so ago and i know this guy still works there, and i don’t think i have to even describe him because i’m pretty sure other folks have complained, i will say i do think he’s a manager. but i’m just disgusted and i hope this gets fixed because it is absolutely not okay.

Chips were soft and SOGGY. Not even sure how that happens. My JJBLT had SOGGY bread as well. Disgusting. I even tipped $2! Wish I could get that back. Never going to that location again.
