I ordered a chai latte. They let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes before letting me know it was ready. Never buying anything from here again.

We need more coffee shop inside of Government buildings and libraries. I like the location.

Great coffee. The cold brew is excellent, and the service is great.
Located in the government center, it's an odd placement but really convenient if you are at the building. It's refreshing to have more 3rd wave high-quality options in the western burbs.

Visited the Ridgedale library location for the first time because the sign out front said salted maple cold brew which sounded delicious and it is! Very friendly barista who told me the history of the owners and the car! Always fun to hear the back story!

Loved the coffee, staff was great ??
I appreciate their allergy-conscious menu, but everything is so EXPENSIVE (my coffee was almost $9)! The espresso in my coffee had a weird flavor to it, almost like cleaning products. I haven't tried their non-coffee drinks but I would not recommend any of their espresso beverages.

I LOVE Jones Coffee. Always have and yesterday I found out that they have THE MOST DELICIOUS COLD BREW. I can't drink cold brew after lunch....but now with their decaf version, I can drink it all day. The LAVENDER VANILLA is AWESOME!! Check out Jones Coffee!!
