Kona used to be our place to get sushi but since 2020 the quality of food had decreased, the price had gone up, the choices had gone from plenty to choose from to we rather not go there. Tonight's dinner, let's me say it this way. Service isn't the way it used to be when servers were a knowledgeable about their items, prices are ridiculous, communication between server to guests are horrible and lastly, this place is not far from AppleBees w that table check out machine!! And food time was horrible!! Food were warm and sushi's were sitting for awhile(saw it sitting where they pick up sushi and can tell by how the rice part of sushi). Will think about coming to KONA twice before coming to this establishment.

Jenna was our service attendant. She was pleasant and highly interactive throughout our dining experience. Jenna had some fun drink recommendations based on what we liked that turned out to be perfect. The food was perfectly presented and prepared! The cost value equation should also include the ingredients of pleasantry, menu knowledge, energy and attitude. All those ingredients taken into consideration Jenna made this the best decision of the day!

Jenna was the absolute best! Super speedy service, very knowledgeable of the menu, food was fantastic. Highly recommend the avocado egg rolls. Jenna was the sweetest and made my birthday super special! Tha k you Jenna!!
