Lakeshore Grill (Macy's Ridgedale)

Lakeshore Grill is a family favorite when we go out to eat. They have delicious popovers! If you enjoy burgers, you should try the BLT Jam Burger. The Cobblestone Turkey sandwich is also delicious!

Great place to go if you're looking for a sit down meal during your day at the mall and you don't want to spend a million dollars on it. The food is very good and reasonably priced and the complimentary popovers with sweet butter are stupidly delicious.

I had a wonderful salad, great service and reasonable prices. Great place for lunch!

My wife and I tried this venue for Valentine's 2020. Service was adequate at best, slow drinks, incorrect food delivered, brought us drinks we didn't order (wrong table). Food was adequate, the special was NY Strip and Au Gratin potatoes. The steak was alright. The potatoes were not cooked fully, It took so long for the waitress to come back to discover this and no reparations were even attempted. After we finished eating (quite some time after) the waitress told us it takes another 10 minutes to prepare the desert included in the special menu for Valentines. I hope this is a fluke and your service/meal is better. We will not be returning.

Nice cozy restaurant on the north west (upper level) corner of the Macy's store. Good menu, quick and friendly service with reasonable prices.

Santa Breakfast was not well executed. The manager , Lindsey, put a high chair on a high top booth!!!!! She did not jump in to help the team of servers and cooks who were drowning, and clearly needed help. Event started at 9, and food started coming out slowly at 930. Finally got bacon at 950 when we asked about it.

For a department store restaurant the food is pretty good. I usually enjoy the themed specials such as Oktoberfest. Their schnitzel is on par with an average German one (I lived there for 4 years). The cinco de mayo has been pretty good too. I love the jam burger, and the wild rice soup. That being said, the service and food quality is hit or miss. And the manager tends to not give a flip. But calmly keep at it and eventually she comes around.

We used to come here every year when Christmas shopping and always loved it. The setting has changed but the food and service were just as awesome as we remembered. Now that we are able to it might have to return to the holiday tradition. Love it!

Had lunch here. Food was delicious and service was quick. The menu had a great variety of items! I want to go back and try some of the different entrees.

Really great place for lunch or dinner to sit down and enjoy the meal with my parents. Recommend Swedish meatballs, Mandarin chicken salad, walleye dinner, and meatloaf.

Food and service here are always good, fresh, and well prepared. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Pricing is comparable to an Applebees or Chilis but the food is MUCH better! Selection is a little limited but I have never had a problem finding something delicious.

Always love coming here. The food is amazing and everything is very reasonably priced. Not only that but you can get in and out quickly. Cheap, real food, winner winner chicken dinner!

My girlfriends meet here annually. We always enjoy the delicious meals and great service. I had carmelized salmon with wild rice and grilled carrots that was superb and we shared caramel w chocolate mousse. ❤️

The food didn't tasted that good. But I have been there before and I had no complaints, I think it really depends on the chef.
