I have experienced excellent customer service. from the meat department, and calling at a very busy holiday time to ask if they had shocked oysters! the woman who took my call on a sunday night did a lot of leg work. I appreciated her help.

The Creations Cafe, while tempting because of its variety of choices, is probably one of the slowest areas of the entire store. Prepare an overnight bag for your wait, and don't forget underwear.
