Staff is very nice and polite, all my food was good w/ the exception of my Smoothie i ordered.
I ordered a Medium Pineapple 🍍 Mango 🥭 Smoothie, when the team lead/ manager handed it me, I noticed it was only filled 3/4 way filled. Now correct me if im wrong, but isn't a drink , shake, or Smoothie, supposed to be filled to the top ? Or at least say, I apologize, when I made the Smoothie, it only made this amount...I would of understood and said, No problem, I appreciate you letting me know "
So moral of the story, make sure all your food is in tact before you leave 🤔

Woman who took my order was unfriendly and dishonest. I wanted a Carmel frappe and she told me they didn’t have it so I asked for an alternative and she told me they have no frappes shakes or ice cream available. When I got to the second window a guy was getting a shake ready for another customer. I told him the woman told me they were unavailable and he just shrugged uncomfortably. Get home and our food is dripping in oil. I have never had our food been like this at any McDonald’s before. It was so oily it soaked through the cardboard containers and the bag. Poor service and low quality food. Also to add my previous time here the woman who you pay tried to shortchange me. I believe it was deliberate based on her expression and how she tried to laugh it off.

If you leave your phone their they Will refuse to give it to you unless you apply pressure and tell them I’m gonna call the police. They are very rude and unfriendly.

Vary disrespectful staff treat different because I don't speak Spanish but look like them yes I'm from Brownsville or the valley but no I don't speak Spanish I get this all over the city I never would think Hopkins off all place be treat like that

Received 1 ham and egg McMuffin and 1 hashbrown (not knowing they were giving me ham, rather than sausage (as I ordered) Drove back thru to get the 2nd sausage and egg McMuffun. They sold me another ham mcmuffinn. I was extremely disappointed since the order was for my sick brother, stuck in the hospital for a month.

The last 3 times I’ve been here they have messed up my order only once have they been kind about it and made it right. This place used to be accurate now it has turned into an I don’t care attitude with poor customer service minus 1 manager who went above and beyond for me. I’m not out to get free food but an apology would be nice so stomaching cold food after having to return to get the rest of my order isn’t as bad.

such a kind lady who served us with such a beautiful smile on her face. chicken nuggets were so good and fries were so fresh. atmosphere amazing right by church, almost like the workers were sent from heaven above. i will never forget this experience. thank you.
