Lobby temporary closed which is understandable with all the chaos going on. But normally always super clean. Fast and efficient. Ice cream machine always working! 🍦 Great staff and friendly even when busy.🤘 One of the 2nd shift young men named Gabriel is super nice and warm friendly smile. He must of been raised by a great mother. 😉

Ordered food on mobile app because it said this location was open 24 hours. Worked a late shift & ordered my food @ 1 am. The drive thru was closed. Saw 2 workers but no one would even acknowledge me (honked once & waved) to let me know they’re closed. This location needs to update their hours.

Standard McDonald's experience. Went through the drive thru and got my food quickly.
The car detection system in one of the lanes was broken, but signage was placed so that customers knew to get attention for service in another way. This barely effected service and will most likely be fixed very soon.
Staff is very nice and polite, all my food was good w/ the exception of my Smoothie i ordered.
I ordered a Medium Pineapple 🍍 Mango 🥭 Smoothie, when the team lead/ manager handed it me, I noticed it was only filled 3/4 way filled. Now correct me if im wrong, but isn't a drink , shake, or Smoothie, supposed to be filled to the top ? Or at least say, I apologize, when I made the Smoothie, it only made this amount...I would of understood and said, No problem, I appreciate you letting me know "
So moral of the story, make sure all your food is in tact before you leave 🤔

Woman who took my order was unfriendly and dishonest. I wanted a Carmel frappe and she told me they didn’t have it so I asked for an alternative and she told me they have no frappes shakes or ice cream available. When I got to the second window a guy was getting a shake ready for another customer. I told him the woman told me they were unavailable and he just shrugged uncomfortably. Get home and our food is dripping in oil. I have never had our food been like this at any McDonald’s before. It was so oily it soaked through the cardboard containers and the bag. Poor service and low quality food. Also to add my previous time here the woman who you pay tried to shortchange me. I believe it was deliberate based on her expression and how she tried to laugh it off.
