I really enjoy dining at this McDonalds. Wayne, at the front register is one of the kindest, gentlest gentlemen you'll meet. The manager does a really good job managing the restaurant and leading her employees. Today they had some trouble baking the apple pie I ordered, but I didn't mind because the manager came out and explained the problem to me at my table and one of the employees apologized politely for the mess up. And the bottom line is, although I had to wait a bit longer, I got a hot and delicious apple pie at the end of my lunch.

On March 16th around 1:55 pm. I went through the drive through to order a number 7 and I asked for everything to be cook fresh to go! So what they did when I drove up they held my bag for about 5 minutes and handed me my food old and not hot! It actually take 20 minutes to prepare fresh food! So what they did was put my food in the microwave and took all the flavor out of my food! There job is to prepare your food the way you spend your money! I really dislike that the other female manager who I believe is Michelle is her name not for sure but when she is there I have no complaints about my food or the cleanliness!! But with this staff today has my stomach hurting over a $14 almost $15 on this meal! I am going to report this store to the Minnetonka City Department and file a complaint against this McDonald's. I had started going in to wait them but today I did not and oh what a huge mistake!!!! I really want my money back because I did not eat the other sandwich or not even half of the fries now I got to cook me something like I should have before wasting my money! I had two cheese burgers large fry light salt and a bottle water for what to get sick behind these individuals on the evening shift! I pray to God they did not spit in my food!! I calling my attorney Monday morning.

I worked here for 4 years and just wanted to let y'all know that one of the female night managers does crack and/or fentanyl in the bathrooms. I’ve smelt it and seen the evidence myself. I know how many kids are in an out of there a day so I thought this information was very important to tell. With that being said, don’t let your kids use the large stall in the bathroom. Also, the general manager (Elvis) is very prejudice and passive aggressive towards black people. She is honestly prejudice towards anyone that isn’t Hispanic like her. I’m not trying to bash anyone but what’s in the dark comes to light??♀️ This same manager also loves to retaliate against her employees. The supervisor and HR ignore the crew when complaints are made, so I thought you (the customers) should know. If you want to work there… please don’t. If they don’t like you, they will try to make you quit. Again not trying to bash anyone but this needs to be known. If you see Liz, Meylin, And Esvin…. give them some love and maybe a tip? Those 3 people are absolutely AMAZING. Also be careful going in the morning time because the women that work at the time, mess up orders like crazy. The food won’t usually be incorrect (the grill people know what they’re doing) but the order takers will get your order wrong and say “you didn’t order that” and make u pay for it even though THEY messed up. Again not trying to hate, just saying the truth.
