The workers here are so unbelievably nice! Every time I go to the mall I stop by and order boba. They are always so friendly and welcome me with a warm greeting!! The boba teas are very good and I recommend it very much. Next time you are at the mall, you have to stop by. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience, the employees really care about the quality of the drinks and always make sure that the customers are happy. Their drinks are so yummy and I love the cute boba shop atmosphere. This is overall the best boba shop that I have ever been to.

The workers were extremely rude, taking drinks of their personal drinks while making orders without wearing gloves, just tossed our order on the counter & didn’t call out a number & went back to gossiping.

The workers ignored a line of five customers who came 10 minutes before closing until they were closed just so they wouldn’t have to take our orders. Didn’t even tell us they weren’t taking orders, just ignored us and started shutting everything off. Very

Was here just a little bit ago. I was concerned because the mall was closing in like ten minutes, but they were still happy to take my order. There was no rush to order, but I knew after like a minute. I decided on the mango smoothie. While they were making my order, they were helpful with my questions. My order took like not even 5 minutes. I liked how my smoothie was just creamy and I could really taste the mango throughout. I could also really taste the ice cream in there throughout. I pretty much downed it in like 5 or 6 minutes. It would be good to go back again, since the food is good and cool friendly service.
