Was here just a little bit ago. I was concerned because the mall was closing in like ten minutes, but they were still happy to take my order. There was no rush to order, but I knew after like a minute. I decided on the mango smoothie. While they were making my order, they were helpful with my questions. My order took like not even 5 minutes. I liked how my smoothie was just creamy and I could really taste the mango throughout. I could also really taste the ice cream in there throughout. I pretty much downed it in like 5 or 6 minutes. It would be good to go back again, since the food is good and cool friendly service.

I really enjoyed coming here, since it was especially my first time. At first I didn't know, if I could actually order since the mall was closing in especially like 10 or 15 minutes. But, they were not only willing to take my order, but gave me a few minutes to decide on what to get. I had decided on the mango smoothie, since it looked so good. Once I had decided to order, it took only a few minutes to pick-up my order. While I waited, any questions about that I had was answered. Even though it took a few minutes it seemed to take like forever to get my order, but I was willing to wait. Once I got my smoothie I wasted no time, in consuming it. I really liked the smooth creamy texture of my smoothie. It wasn't even 5 minutes that I had almost all of it. I would most definitely be back as, their was like a laid-back vibe to the whole place, plus they gave great service. Even though I had never been to any other Niko Nikos before this visit, it would fun to try various flavors. Maybe even try some waffles.

Got the strawberry lemon fizz. I asked for less sugar and it was still very sugary and there was no fizz. Waste of money!!

Doesn't exist. Not in the mall directory. Google said it was next to Cotton On but that is Claire's. Mall Employees didn't know where it was either.I checked text me when order is ready. Never received a text so their order system is also broken.

Stopped by here earlier with a friend after dinner. We were greeted pretty much immediately. My friend ordered the mango green tea and I ordered the signature milk tea. Our drinks were ready in minutes and mine was really good. My friend liked hers too. My drink was pretty much gone before I remember I should've taken a picture.They also have a reward program where you earn points for every drink bought. I'll definitely come back.

Came to place an order, four girls sitting on the floor on their phone for 30 minutes taking a “break” posted sign shows “10 minutes” eventually they told us to come back in 45 minutes. I wonder how much they losing per day just because they’re not taking orders
