Even though there is a Noodles & Company near my home in California, I noticed it popping up on HappyCow while visiting family and decided to give it a try. I ordered for pick-up, and it was ready within minutes. Finding vegan options was pretty easy—mostly self-explanatory, but there are also plenty of guides online. I opted for the Korean Spicy Noodles, and switched the steak for tofu. It was fine—the sauce was a bit oddly sweet for my taste, but the portion was generous and kept me full for hours.

Incredible customer service. Carolin (I think) was super nice and efficient, carried the same wonderful attitude with everyone! Side note, bathroom was absolutely freezing, I almost stuck to the seat.

The service here is always excellent. There is a front of house person who is always so friendly and helpful. I don’t know his name, but he is usually there when we are- he has longer hair and an beard and always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I have visited this location several times. Love the vast majority of gluten free options. Their gluten free noodles are delicious. Can’t go wrong with the mac n’ cheese. Their pad Thai is good too.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. They were so sweet to my daughter who showed them her DJ Catnip doll, they talked with her about it and it was so sweet to see. Then in my chaotic brain I forgot my daughter wanted spaghetti instead of Mac n cheese and when I asked if we could switch it before they started making it they all were like we got you, and switched it no problem. Food is great! Super friendly staff, will definitely be back again thanks to this experience!

I was at noodles today for dinner, and oh my gosh. Mike absolutely made my night. Not only did he bring my food to the table, but he gave me a free rice krispie treat, AND as I was leaving, I got a mac and cheese to go, and when I went to pay, he just said "don't worry about it" and handed me my food. I'm not even religious, but god bless you, mike!

I used to love noodles and company, but our last experience was not good. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be, and the portions are much smaller, food served on flimsy plastic bowls, and the service was very poor. Hopefully they can revert back the way it used to be.
Great food for our weekdays. We can find something for everyone! It has pleasantly surprised me and allowed me to have a better alternative to fast food on the busy days

The place is very nice and has good noodles, lots of options for noodles. The best part is the speed, you get your food in like 3 minutes. Also the Korean meatballs are amazing. The servers are nice, the cookies and rice crispy are also delicious(: it’s got a very convenient location right in the west wind plaza by target and cub.

I want to give a 5 star review but cannot. Drove here specifically to get what I always get. Beef stroganoff.They deleted it from the menu. I made a quick decision and, in my grief about stroganoff being dropped from the menu, i ordered some dish called pesca penne with shrimp. It was hot, fresh, and flavorless.What a disappointment.It's like Burger King dropping the whopper for a deli sandwich.Bye bye noodles & company
