He so went above and beyond. His compassion for our family member in the hospital was so kind and genuine. He made my day start out great.

I met Jim and Nicole at the Minnetonka Grad Fair promoting your cakes. You should give them a raise because they were so enthusiastic about your company that I had to try your lemon and chocolate chip cakes. So delicious, moist and not too sweet. Instead of just driving by I’ll be stopping by your store in the future.

Our daughter has several allergies and enjoys sharing a bundtlet with us. I wanted to get her a bundtini for her Valentines day at daycare as she cannot eat any of the candy that is normally given out and I didn't want her to feel left out. I was fine buying the dozen so she could just have one with her friends. The staff was incredibly rude to me. I asked for a small separate container so she could have one at daycare. They wouldn't sell me the dozen and give or even sell me a separate container so I can place the one bundtini in it and bring it to her daycare. I explained the entire situation, but the manager was rude and did not care. Very poor customer service. We used to come here often, but we will not be back.

This place is staffed by the nicest people in the world. Needed a cake on slightly short notice. Called and was reassured by the lovely woman there that it was no problem at all. Tossed in their current flavor of the month in a mini size at no charge. Class A staff and product all the way - love this place !
My order somehow didn't get transmitted from online to the shop, so when I went to pick it up they had to make it up on the spot, which took a while. The staff were SUPER friendly, professional and kind about it though!

Came in and purchased a handful of bundlets; one order was chocolate chip and she was blatantly in an attitude and tone telling me they were sold out even thought I was looking at one. I then asked if they could put all the bundlets in a box vs bag since it was a gift, Elise was helping, she said, “That will be weird.”
Didn’t really care to hear her opinion and how they’re boxed or bagged doesn’t affect her. Further more, we’re buying cakes, it’s supposed to be a happy time and experience. The employees need an attitude check especially Elise!!
