Listen here.. I got a dozen of the mini bundt cakes for my husbands birthday.. chocolate chip, red velvet and biscoff butter cookie.. ive NEVER had such an addiction lol. The butter biscoff cookie was so soft, all of the cakes were moist. And the frosting!???? Ugh.. way too delicious to put into words.. im ordering another dozen right now

I went to the Minnetonka NBC in September to use a gift card. The gift card was for $70, but a mistake had been made so that it was only $7, but the person who gave me the gift card had paid $70 for it. When we went in to buy the cake and it only took off $7, we were very confused. The team was so patient and cared so much about making it right for me. They investigated and discovered what caused the issue, and although they couldn’t fix it for me since it was purchased at a different franchise, they sent me home with a Bundt cake at no cost and gave me all the information that I needed to get things fixed with the other location out of state, and even asked to have them to call their location so they could explain the issue. The ladies were so kind and helpful, I will always recommend this location. Looking forward to visiting their new site! (Ps- the location that had made the error was also super understanding and fixed it right away and gave us no trouble!)

I met Jim and Nicole at the Minnetonka Grad Fair promoting your cakes. You should give them a raise because they were so enthusiastic about your company that I had to try your lemon and chocolate chip cakes. So delicious, moist and not too sweet. Instead of just driving by I’ll be stopping by your store in the future.

Our daughter has several allergies and enjoys sharing a bundtlet with us. I wanted to get her a bundtini for her Valentines day at daycare as she cannot eat any of the candy that is normally given out and I didn't want her to feel left out. I was fine buying the dozen so she could just have one with her friends. The staff was incredibly rude to me. I asked for a small separate container so she could have one at daycare. They wouldn't sell me the dozen and give or even sell me a separate container so I can place the one bundtini in it and bring it to her daycare. I explained the entire situation, but the manager was rude and did not care. Very poor customer service. We used to come here often, but we will not be back.
