Panera sounds good in theory, but I almost always leave disappointed. This is my second time (out of 3) that I got frozen food & my croissant was rock hard. So sad.

I ordered the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Very little meat, cheses, peppers, and onions. I basically paid 12.99 for a piece of bread. This was my first time eating at Penera and unfortunately it'll be the last.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one. Stopped in for lunch at around 12:30 and ordered a sandwich and soup. Went into my bag to grab my sandwich and half of it fell out of the wrap (sticker wasn’t on). I carefully got it out and unwrapped it to see a wet sloppy mess. I get the need to quickly get orders done when it’s busy, but this was straight up rushed and unprofessional.

Ordered chicken wild rice soup. There was not a single piece of chicken. The tables were not cleaned at 1pm. Hard to believe when the lunch hour had expired and nobody was there. Not the typical experience Panera provides. I’d look elsewhere.

Ordered a bacon mac n cheese bread bowl and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with two extra baguette sides and the only part of the order they got right was the baguettes. The bread bowl wasn't included, the mac n cheese did not have bacon, the mac and cheese was the wrong size, and the broccoli cheddar soup was the wrong size. I called the store and asked about it and the person on the phone insisted that the order was correct, so I brought it back to the store and showed the manager the receipt and the manager printed out an order that clearly wasn't mine and insisted it was, despite the receipt I showed them stating otherwise. Mistakes are one thing, but the manager trying to gaslight their customers to cover their own mistakes is just unacceptable. If you want a slightly accurate order, maybe give this location a pass.

Delivery is ALWAYS WRONG. stuff is always missing and never refund the whole order when you have to go out of your way to make food you were expecting for you kid. Chicken noodle soup had ONE noodle in. It was $8 for broth.i could have just bought that at target. So frustrating and will not be returning here ever again. Cream cheese is super small and costs the amount of a full container from the store.
This is now my third experience at least where orders are wrong and replaced.

Was here today(still am while currently writing this) after 7:15am got the bacon DBL Sandwich with a toasted bagel and CC and a tea to drink, so far great food and drink, only reason I put 4 stars is I was given a knife but no fork for my sandwich and I couldn’t find any other silverware (like a fork), normally I would see some at any restaurant I go to right by the beverages(where you pour your beverages from a machine). I would’ve asked someone but they looked far too busy and didn’t wanna disturb. Please as a near future please put the spoons forks and What have you silverware by the beverages and straws, otherwise great service overall but only reason of 4 stars instead of 5 was cuz of lack of finding other silverware (I want to without having to ask a member of Panera)

We got a to go order and we ordered mac n cheese with a fruit cup. When i got there i look through my bag and they gave me yogurt and granola instead so i went up to them and i told them, he told me thats what a fruit cup it but obviously not it was plain yogurt and granola i asked for chips instead. I paid for a bread bowl and i didn’t receive it and the mac n cheese was cold and chunky

Wildly inconsistent Panera location. The baked goods are uniformly excellent, but popular items are often out of stock early in the day. Entrees are frustratingly unpredictable - quality has really gone downhill chain-wide over the past few years and this location is no exception. You just never know what you're going to get, and I've been disappointed too many times of late. I think most customers would agree Panera has gone overboard in reducing portion sizes while simultaneously raising prices. It's gotten to the point where I will visit this location occasionally for a bagel and some coffee, but I rarely order sandwiches or salads here anymore.
