Vwry slow service why is it You can't have an order ready when it says if it's supposed to be done especially on an order called in ahead of time. 20 minutes waiting after the order is supposed to be ready.Is ridiculous. And all they could tell me, is they're packing it, don't worry.

Food and drink were good but the restaurant was not very kept up nor clean. Possibly the building is simply getting older but the Panera vibe was missing on cleanliness.

We sadly just had an awful experience here with the Manager Quin. We are loyal customers of Panera bread as we go to the one in Maple Grove bi-weekly. We had a deal from an email campaign “BOGO IS BACK” sent out on 09.26.25 that was sent, today is (10.06.2025) and there was no expiration date listed. The code was saying invalid when entering it in their system. The manager was asked over to view the issue and he said there wasn’t anything he could do the code was not working, we asked why and he said “you want to see” and angrily turned around their iPad hitting the display in front. When trying to view the Panera app as we were told to order online instead. Their app was saying “trouble connecting? It could be a problem with signal strength, or congestion on the network.” Clearly something that is wrong with their system and should have been resolved in a very different customer service approach than throwing around an iPad and rudely telling us with irritation there was nothing he could do as the manager. It wasn’t as much as their system not working, but the customer service approach Quin had. Highly suggest some customer service training for this site.

Every time I come here Munira is seriously awesome! Every time I see her, she's super helpful and always has a genuine smile. She's not just polite but genuinely kind, always willing to carry my stuff, which is a huge help when my hands are full. And she always asks about my day, like she actually cares, making my visits so much more pleasant. Honestly, her attention to detail and positive attitude really make a difference!

Haven't been to Panera bread in years and decided to go over the weekend and had a sandwich and a bowl of soup. I think the positives would be the food quality and proactive staff. The negatives would be price, the amount of meat on the cheesesteak was very scarce and the dining room could have been cleaner. They're sandwiches fall in the middle where they're better than Subway and Jersey Mike's but can't even compare with Tono or Moe's of Chanhassen.

Had to get a refund on an item (no issues or anything just out of something for my pickup order) and the staff was so nice and accommodating!!! The workers and management are always so pleasant when I’m here. 10/10 service

It lacks human warmth, everyone seems like they would be in charge of a dictator, the customer always returns for three reasons and they are the good customer service, the good food they serve and make and price value in the market competitive with other franchises, that is the objective

Panera sounds good in theory, but I almost always leave disappointed. This is my second time (out of 3) that I got frozen food & my croissant was rock hard. So sad.
I ordered the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Very little meat, cheses, peppers, and onions. I basically paid 12.99 for a piece of bread. This was my first time eating at Penera and unfortunately it'll be the last.

18 minute wait for a plain bagel. i watched them prep 6-7 order that were below mine in queue before grabbing my bagel. so annoying

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one. Stopped in for lunch at around 12:30 and ordered a sandwich and soup. Went into my bag to grab my sandwich and half of it fell out of the wrap (sticker wasn’t on). I carefully got it out and unwrapped it to see a wet sloppy mess. I get the need to quickly get orders done when it’s busy, but this was straight up rushed and unprofessional.
