The staff was nice & everything was really quick which was a plus. I placed my order at 5:20 for 7PM pickup & the pizza was room temperature, so I don’t think they accounted for pickup time at all. Also the pepper they put in the box was nasty & rotten looking. If that’s a pepper they’ll put in a pizza box, it causes me to worry about quality control for any ingredients.

I mean how hard can cutting a pizza be? The workers cut my pizza super uneven and didn't even cut it all the way through. How hard is it to cut a pizza guys? I mean come on it's literally the easiest job in the world. Very disappointed

I placed an order through Uber Eats with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes, which was completely fine for me. Shortly after, the wait time kept increasing again and again with no clear explanation. Eventually, the order was canceled, but not by me.
What makes this even worse is that the order completely disappeared from the app activity, yet my card was still charged. There was no notification, no proper cancellation confirmation, nothing. Just missing order history and money taken from my account.
This is completely unacceptable. I should not have to chase my own money or figure out how to get a refund when the issue was clearly not on my end. This was my first experience ordering this pizza and it will absolutely be the last. I will never order from here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

If you don't know about Papa Johns by now where have you been. Lol. Anyways, their pizza is feel is a little above the standard fast pizza joint pizza. The sauce is sweet and savory. The crust is fluffy and when baked right slightly crunchy and can hold the weight of the ingredients. Their toppings are pretty standard nothing to go in detail about. The wings are smaller and with the sauce on them a little soggy when they get to the home. We really enjoy the cheese bread with some marinara. Do not forget the garlic butter. That is the one true difference maker. It sets their pizza off when dipped into the garlic butter. Its a place that should be tried once in a lifetime if not just to have the Papa's experience. Lol.

I ordered delivery tonight on 10/04. Driver was really nice and friendly, so no hate on him. However I ordered half tuscan 6 cheese, half pepperoni. 3 pieces were just the tuscan, so 1/4 of the pizza. Which the tuscan was really good. When we got to the pepperoni side which didn't take long.. absolutely disgusting, will probably get food poisoning. Had a horrible taste to it like it was old pepperoni. I almost puked. We even tried giving my dog a piece of the pepperoni part to see if he’d eat it cause he eats anything. He literally dropped it out of his mouth.. and he loves pepperoni . Check your expiration dates and maybe don’t sell undercooked or expired meat. Im disgusted, we’ll just order dominos next time

I want to take a moment to recognize Manager Roy at Papa John’s. Every time I’ve visited, he’s been professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. You can tell he truly cares about both the customers and his team. The store always runs smoothly when he’s there, orders come out on time, and the staff seem motivated and happy under his leadership.
Roy sets the standard for great customer service, and he makes the whole experience at Papa John’s better.

This is the third time I've ordered from this store where the exact same driver has decided it was acceptable to give himself a bigger tip than I had put in myself, every single time I've called the store and they assure me it won't happen again and now it's happened 3 times. This store has officially lost my business, I've worked for this company before and have seen people fired for doing that a single time, once is unacceptable, twice is taking it too far and three times is the management at the store genuinely not giving a shit

I am definitely giving a 1 star today. Placed an online order for 2 papadias. I specifically did not add cheese, as we are vegan and do not eat dairy cheese. As soon as I opened the box, what do I see? Cheese! I called the store and a person said, "even if you don't put cheese on, we automatically do." That is truly bad business. I told the person I purposely did not put cheese on them for a reason. Not for them to "assume" and put the cheese on. So. A waste of $22. I did not catch my child in time and they ate the cheese and will now be pooping, farting, and sick all day. Papa John's needs to fix this for online ordering expeditiously. Furthermore, I was not even offered a refund or replacement, just, an it is what it is attitude. No wonder they have such low reviews. I had to order a hoagie from Pizza Lucé just to have SOMETHING to eat, which was another $20. $42 for take out, that fast. Smh. Screw Papa John's.
