Our Server Mary at the Minnetonka Restaurant was fantastic. RS was understaffed and she rallied and came outside after sitting 15 minutes with no interaction with anyone. She was tired but did a great job letting us enjoy being outside and having a wonderful time. She thanked us! Thank You Mary.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Redstone Grill. The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Our waiter looked like he absolutely hated life or people or work. He gave me a noticeably dirty side plate and saw it shrugged and walked off. I asked for a clean plate and he happily got one. The cornbread skillet was gross and he offered to take that off the bill which was super nice and unexpected. He didn't ask about drink refuses for a long time after we were out. Maybe just an off day for him because we haven't had that kind of service here before. Just disappointed to have to have that kind of service.
We had a nice quiet booth, so it was fairly easy to visit with our friends. The food was good, but not what I would classify as exceptional. Our server, Jennifer, did a great job taking care of us. Prices were what I would classify as moderate.
Two meals out of three were good. Ribs were great, Asian salad good, chicken wraps were not good.
Our waiter was inattentive, leaned heavily on the table and looked like he needed to go to bed. We were ordering a light meal and it seemed as if we were unimportant. Plenty of room and ambiance was good.
We enjoyed the lobster bisque and fries and the walleye - very tasty. Sat at a booth in a busy bar on a Friday night - fun.
One in our party ordered a prime rib, which was tough and inedible. The server did not return after serving our meals, so we were never able to address it, and the rest of our party shared our meals with the person who ordered the prime rib. We were comped the meal and a dessert at the end, but it was an unfortunate evening.
Our server was excellent! Our food was excellent. The noise level was unbearable and there was a tweeting:bird sound for a long time and it was nerve-racking. We told our server and he tried to find the source but to no avail. It was VERY distracting and disruptive.
Great food here and great service.
The buffalo shrimp are amazing.

Best ribs I've ever had, plus you can get a genuine baked potato instead of fries! Traffic getting there can be slow but once you're there it's great.
My prime rib had a lot of grissle and wasn't real tender. I expected more for the place and price.
Very good and plenty of food!!
Our server, Chichi, was amazing! We arrived for dinner before the dinner menu was available, though she was very accommodating and let us know that we could still get some of the items such as steaks and mashed potatoes. It could not have been a better experience.
Has gotten really pricey- adding a tiny loaf of bread to the bread appetizer was an extra 4.95. Everything we asked about seems to be an extra 4.95. Still tasty, great service but missed the old vibe.
