This last October was I was part of a group of 8 and was charged for $148.20 and my bill of $112. I only signed for the $112 and was charged for both when I check my account. I called the restaurant a week later and they claimed they could not find that charge so they told me to dispute it with the bank. I just got a letter that my dispute was denied. Great food and service but not very good at running credit cards.

We hadn't been here in a while. They had a reservation at the time we wanted to go out within 2 hours. The food was great the service was great.

I booked a group of 11 for a dinner party.
The good: the food was very good. The meals were all very good sized and well seasoned. There was a wide variety of options for dinner and the members of my party all mentioned how much they liked their entrees.
The not so good: you can book up to 6 people on the online reservation portal and was told to contact the restaurant for larger parties. It took 3 or 4 tries (all calls during business hours) to get someone to answer the phone.
Service issues: we had to ask for drinks and refills multiple times before they were actually received. We asked for split checks (note: nothing stating that we couldn’t split checks, and we had 4 separate checks.) and the waiter seemed annoyed that we even asked. Asking us before ordering could have solved that.
I’d recommend this place for a to-go order but avoid dining in again.

Server Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Our Italian Chopped Salads were generous and tasty. Atmosphere was serene. Spasso 's come a long way, and we plan to visit them more often now.

Always a treat to go here when I’m visiting my hometown. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. Many of the menu items are entirely unique to Spasso. I especially like their steak fondue.

Very disappointed. First, a cool fall day and it seemed like the AC was on full blast. We were freezing. Ordered the buratone for an appetizer, one slice of cold bread, hard to share, was not even crisp. My wife had the lasagna, barely warm. Would have sent it back but we were so cold we wanted to get out of there. One positive I had the bolognese which was very good. I booked through Open Table, and even though we checked in and made sure they had my name, the restaurant marked us a no show. Luckily customer service at Open Table was able to fix it.
