Very disappointed. First, a cool fall day and it seemed like the AC was on full blast. We were freezing. Ordered the buratone for an appetizer, one slice of cold bread, hard to share, was not even crisp. My wife had the lasagna, barely warm. Would have sent it back but we were so cold we wanted to get out of there. One positive I had the bolognese which was very good. I booked through Open Table, and even though we checked in and made sure they had my name, the restaurant marked...

Food was phenomenal. Service was slow and server never checked on us at any time during meal service except the end to bring boxes and get bill. Place was busy but there is no excuse for inattentive staff. There appeared to be a good number of staff but not sure if they were all functioning as a group. It was a Saturday night (6 o'clock hour) but noise level was louder than expected. Restaurant needs maintenance: burnt out lights that should be replaced, dust in all exposed...

We had a wonderful evening! There is a group of us that worked together 18 years ago, for the past four years, we get together once a year, and it is always at Spasso, and we always have the best time! Thank you so much!
